機会があれば又利用します。
Pros:

チェックイン時、ダブルブッキングされているとの事で(2部屋分 キャンセル 料100%！)を覚悟しましたが、ブッキングコムに連絡した結果、無料になりました。

Cons:

朝のバイキングの効率が悪い。一列なので停滞していた。2列に出来ればしていただきたいです。

毎年使わせて頂きたいと思いますので企業努力頑張って頂きたいです
Pros:

何度か宿泊した事があり去年は同じ市内にあるホテルルートインに泊まりました。こちらの方が交通アクセスやお店が近くて良いと思います。あとはメダルでドリンクサービスが良かった

Cons:

2年ぶりに宿泊しましたが去年のホテルの朝食のイメージと違い物価高？のせいか品数も少なくタイミングが悪かったせいかご飯が無くしばらくおかずだけ食べて待っていました。何度も同じ事を聞かれているせいかご飯はまだですか？と聞いても表情が厳しいくちょっとお待ちくださいっと一言…怖かったです

Cons:

朝食時間を予め混雑、座席数の関係で時間で振り分けて対応しているのだと思うが、品数少なく、欠品、補充も遅く、とても残念だった。後の時間になればなるほど酷かった。
