Good value, great restaurant next door.
Pros:

Quick check-in with the Route-Inn App. Good sized car park. Compact room, but good value for money. Plenty of utilities, the usual coffee machine, and a good selection of drinks. WiFi was free and speedy.
No restaurant in the hotel building but an excellent place next door - part of the hotel - Maguro Dining Bikura. The hotel will give you a drink coupon.
Breakfast buffet was standard Route-Inn food, not well heated dishes, so it tends to go cold over time so get there early.
Good location for exploring the local places, Classic Car Museum, Teddy-Bear Museum, and out to Hunter Valley and the Tadimi Line area.
