スタッフの対応が親切丁寧でした。

Cons:

室内が臭かった。
施設内駐車場の駐車台数が限られており、歩いて数分の場所に駐車することとなった。
ただ、一杯になった事を知らずに車を駐車場の奥まで車を入れたら、バックで戻らなければならなくなり、かなり難儀した。
駐車場の奥には切り返しするスペースを設けるか、行き止まりにならない様に駐車スペースの見直しをお願いしたい。

急きょ探した宿泊先だったので、良く確かめず「喫煙ルーム」を予約してしまいました💦
お盆の混雑時のため、予算内の空きが他に見つからず、そのまま宿泊させてもらいました。
………エレベーターで宿泊ルームの階に三歩、進んだら、………既に「後悔💦」の二文字！！

初めての喫煙ルームでの宿泊は、………部屋丸ごと、廊下も？！………こんなになるんだと、一つの体験となりました。自分の責任です！

女性用のお風呂の洗い場が狭すぎと言うか、浴槽に近すぎで、シャンプー、ボディーソープの泡が普通に洗っていたら、浴槽に入る(飛ぶ)レベル！！　残念すぎました！！

フロント対応はとても感じが良かったです。

一階に大浴場があって、よかった。
ただ、女子風呂は洗い場2人の小さいお風呂です。

Cons:

コインランドリーがあるが、洗剤について何も書いてないため、自動洗剤投入式かと思って回したが、実は洗剤は必要で、洗濯機のところに洗剤はフロントで販売してますぐらいの表示してくれてもいいのに、ないのが、残念だった。
