Pros:

お忙しい時期だったのにも関わらず、スタッフさん達は皆さん良い方ばかりでした。

Cons:

エレベーターが2台で、1-14階を担ってるところ
増設は難しいかもしれませんが…
チェックアウトや時間に追われてる人は早めに部屋を出た方がいいかと

山形満喫
Pros:

ルートインは標準で朝食がいただけるので助かっています。今回も山形ならではのダシや玉こんにゃくが食べれて嬉しかったです。個人的に嬉しかったのはテレビがネット対応のものだったので、退屈しませんでした。

立体駐車場の係員の方、夜の時間帯の方があまり丁寧ではなかった印象です。
