トータルでは良い方。
Pros:

裏にスーパーが有るなど、立地がよい。居住性は快適。

Cons:

室内シャワーが熱すぎ、調整が面倒。ウォシュレットが時々動作しなかった。

Convenient location, great breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, consisting of a buffet offering Japanese dishes, salads, small pastries, muesli, coffee, and cold drinks. The variety should allow everybody to find something to be satisfied with. During my stay, the place was crowded from 6:30 am to 6:50 am every day, including Saturday.

The location was convenient and I walked to all places I needed to visit, including from and to the train station. There are convenience stores with ATMs at walking distance, and restaurants too.

Cons:

The pillow was too thick, forcing my neck into an uncomfortable angle. The comforter was also too thick for summertime, unless setting the AC to 20 °C and running it overnight. I did not ask whether thinner items were availabe.
