Pros:

スタッフさんが親切。チェックイン前に到着してしまって、受付の方にその旨を伝えた後に駐車場で待機しようとしたら、部屋の清掃が予定よりも早く終わったので、早めにチェックインさせてくださいました。
The staff were very kind. I arrived before the check-in time, and after I informed the receptionist, I was planning to wait in the parking lot. However, since the room cleaning was finished earlier than scheduled, they kindly allowed me to check in early.
