Pros:

駅から徒歩１０〜１５分くらいで行ける
露天風呂？は天幕が張っていたが、所々破れていたが湯温は丁度良かった感じがしました。後、風呂ノ窓から新幹線が見えるのは良かったです

Cons:

無料の朝食で仕方ないかもしれないですが、もう少しメニューがあれば良いかと思いました。
