Great hotel chain ... except for the art

ルートインホテルズには敬意を抱いております。客室、スタッフ、大浴場、朝食、駐車場、どれも素晴らしいです。ただ、一つだけ小さな苦言を申し上げるとすれば……（以下参照）。

Cons:

客室や共用エリアに飾られているアート作品はひどいものです。その土地の魅力も、ルートインというホテルの個性も、そして「アート」としての価値も、何一つ伝わってきません。そこで2つ提案があります。1つ目は、地元のアーティストから安価な作品を購入すること（共用エリアの作品は販売してもよいでしょう）。2つ目は、地元の風景写真を誰かに撮影してもらうことです。橋、駅、木々、寺社、地元の人々、商店街、川などを、モノクロ写真で撮るのがベストだと思います。プロに依頼するのも良いですし、スタッフによるコンテストを開いたり、宿泊客に参加してもらったりするのも面白いかもしれません。厳しいことを言って申し訳ありませんが、私はルートインのホテルが大好きだからこそ、あのアート作品の質の低さが残念でならないのです。

If I were to go to Iwaki City again, I would stay there.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, the bath on level 14 is comfortable. Also the hotel's brand mascot is very cute.
