清掃の女性はホテルの宝物
Pros:

8階の宿泊でしたが、朝、部屋からエレベーターに向かっていた時のこと、作業を止めきちっとした挨拶と感謝、そして見送りの言葉を丁寧に掛けてくださり感激いたしました。清掃の女性ありがとうございました。

部屋で食した精進落としのお弁当の後始末など
こちらの要望に対してスタッフ皆様が

Great location at the east coast, right in the middle of Tokyo and Sendai, very nice hotel.
Pros:

Location is perfect, easy to access train and lots of restaurants around. Breakfast is great, changing menu everyday and always good.

非常に満足度が高いです。
Pros:

価格と提供されるサービスを比較しても非常にコスパが良いと思います。温泉が自由に入れますし、アメニティも充実していて、朝食も大変充実していると感じます。
そして、清掃の方の挨拶と配慮が素晴らしいと感じました。

Cons:

連泊でしたが、２日目の温泉に入るためのセキュリティNo.が知らされていなかったので、温泉に入れず部屋に戻ってフロントへ確認しなければなりませんでした。予め教えて欲しかったです。そして、何より良くなかったのは、フロントの方の対応です。事情を説明すると、「そうなんですよ。２日目は番号が変わるんです。」と言い訳から入ったのが残念でした。まずは客に不要な動線を強いたことへの謝罪なのではないでしょうか。フロントの方のホスピタリティ教育は必要に感じました。

Robust quality and value for money. Both for the rooms and the public baths.
Pros:

I cycled (jitensha) from Kagoshima to Sapporo and back to Tokyo kn around 50 days. Route Inn is my favourite hotel (apart from the family run ryokans) and Iwaki was the best Route Inn experience so far!
