The process of checkin , did use your system and they said the card is not working which was not true and after I got upset and called few times, find out they were not honest by saying they can not charge the card

La gentillesse du personnel du parking et son accessibilité.

Cons:

Situation de la chambre trop bruyante, vétusté de la salle de bain.
Machine à café non fonctionnelle et sans dosettes, à cela on rajoute le manque de produit de toilette.
Toujours à réclamer ses équipements.
Beaucoup de choses à revoir pour un 4 étoiles.

Pros:

De locatie, hygiëne, behulpzaamheid personeel.
Een grote mall (op loopafstand) waar je gevarieerd kan eten. Taxi’s op loopafstand.
Als ik weer in fez ben zou ik zeker nog een keer logeren in dit hotel .

Cons:

Ik had van te voren een mail gestuurd met een paar vragen en dat werd niet beantwoord.
