Pros:

Staff were excellent and extremely accommodating towards non native speakers. Always said good morning and how are you, have a good day. Changed my room to a non-smoking room after my booking mistake free of charge.

Cons:

I wasn't too sure if it was a mistranslation or actual policy but I had to drop the room key back to the front desk every time I left the hotel. Not a major issue
