なので、家族の話による評価になります。

予約時、禁煙の部屋の空きがなかったので、喫煙可の部屋をとりました。
宿泊までに、禁煙ルームに予約キャンセルが出たら、そこに変えることは出来ますか？という勝手なお願いにもかかわらず、親切丁寧にご対応していただきました。
家族も、次の機会も利用したいと話しております。

大浴場があり、とても気持ちよく利用させていただきました。

Cons:

朝、レストランで小さな水筒に氷をいただけるようお願いしたところ、お湯が入っていました。
氷とお湯は聞き間違えることがあるのかな？
ホテルを離れてから気が付きましたが残念でした。
