少し残念
Cons:

ルートインの中でも古い方だと思いますが。施設に少し老朽化しているのは仕方ないと思いますが、他のルートインと比べて気になった点が２つありました。
①タオルが使い古されていて清潔感がなかった。
②朝食にどこか新鮮さや配慮が足りない。

他のホテルではなく、他のルートインに比べて感じたことです。ルートインのブランドを落とさないためにも改善を期待しています。

気になる点が多い
Pros:

無料のコーヒーがもらえて嬉しかった。
アメニティがそろっていた。

Cons:

チェックインのスタッフが無愛想かつ説明不足な点がとても気になった。アメニティや大浴場の説明なく、二度手間になることが色々あった。大浴場は利用する度に女性専用カードが必要、シャワーが3つのみ&ロッカーは6つのみ&ドライヤーは2つのみで待ち時間があり非常に気をつかった。
