Pros:

鶴岡駅の近くにあり、交通の便がとても良いです。鶴岡は宿泊施設の選択肢が少ないですが、こちらは明らかにコスパが一番良いと思います。

スタッフの方々が非常に親切で、私の質問にも丁寧かつ気長に対応してくれました。

朝食がとても豪華で、和食も洋食もどれも美味しかったです。

当日は禁煙ルームが満室だったため仕方なく喫煙ルームを選びましたが、驚いたことに部屋も廊下も清潔で、タバコの臭いが全くありませんでした！

Cons:

コンセントの位置が少し遠かったので、ベットの近くにあるか、延長コードの貸し出しがあるとさらに良いと思いました。

鶴岡駅からとても近かった事。
スタッフさんが皆さん愛想が良かった事。
部屋がキレイだった事。
テレビが大きかった事。
コンセントが沢山あった事。
大浴場というほどの大きさではないけどお風呂があった事。リラックスできました。
初日、フロント何かをしたか答えたかで自販機の飲み物に使えるコインをもらって得をしたこと。
朝食が口コミ通り品数が多くてどれも美味しかった事。これポイント高いです。

Cons:

壁が薄かったのか隣の部屋の人のいびきらしい音が聞こえてきて少し気になりました。

Cons:

I just came from Route in in Sakura, which was OK, the room was much smaller, and they won’t let you eat your food on the breakfast room, a lot of don’t do instructions, don’t open the window in your room. don’t take the towels, don’t spend to much time seating in the lobby, and the price is around 50% higher then the same chain hotel in Sakura
