必要十分
Pros:

平日でしたが、朝食込みで一泊7000円ちょっと程度で泊まれたのでありがたかったです。
コインランドリーも乾燥機がたくさんあって良かったです。
ロビーのコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。
歩いてすぐそこに コンビニがあったのも助かりました。
脱衣所がエアコンが効いていてうれしかったです。

Cons:

全部「7000円で泊まれるだけありがたいけど、贅沢を言えば」が前提です。別館を利用しました。
・駅からちょっと遠いので長良川鉄道を使おうと思うと難しい
・バスルームが狭め
・禁煙室なのでタバコの匂いはしませんでしたが部屋全体のもわっとした匂いがちょっと気になった
・エアコンの効き方があまりよくなく眠りづらかった（冷たい風は出るけど部屋全体が快適にならない感じ）
・エレベーターが1基のみなので待ちが発生する率が高い
・コインランドリー用の洗剤がフロントで販売していることを分かりやすく書いておいて欲しかった
・別館のロビーが狭い

まあ満足です
Pros:

朝食が種類豊富でとても美味しかったです
ロビーのコーヒーサービスもありがたかったです

Cons:

女性用大浴場が別館だというのが面倒かも
喫煙ルームで予約したのに電子タバコのみだったのが残念過ぎます
ホテル選択の一番の理由がタバコ吸えるかどうかなのに

Pros:

ルームキーを途中で紛失しましたが、受付のスタッフの方が直ぐに対応して下さり、親子で感動しました、有難うございました
後、コーヒーのサービスがよかった

当日予約でしたが、スムーズなチェックインで助かりました。

朝食がおいしかった。種類も豊富。

Cons:

当たり前ですが、喫煙ルームはタバコの臭いがします。当サイトでは喫煙ルームしかなかったので、禁煙ルームが残ってたらよかったです。

また利用します。
Pros:

大浴場があり、混雑もなく、清潔でゆったりしている。

Cons:

朝食のおかずのメニューが、以前より少なくなっていた気がする。（例えばタマゴ料理がゆで卵だけで、スクランブルエッグは無かったですね）。
価格を考えれば、クオリティーは十分満足です。
