Pros:

地下駐車場が良い！
夕食をお気に入りの店（ラーメン店）で食べられた。隣のコンビニ（ローソン）の接客が良かった。

Good location if you are travelling by train. Quiel neighbourhood.
Pros:

Good location. 5-10 min walk to KamiSuwa station. 5 min walk to Lake Suwa. Good value for money. Just a simple hotel with all the basics. Friendly staff all around.

Pros:

ロケ－ション的には、「片倉館」（仮称：千人風呂）の真後ろにあり、諏訪湖がすぐ、間近で、樹木も多数あり、都会から来た、私たちは、非日常の感覚が最高でした。
また、出張の際は、この「ホテルル－トイン上諏訪」に泊まりたいと、思います。

満足の一泊でした。
Pros:

バイクでの来訪。駐車場は地下で入りやすく、受付に行けるEVもあり荷物運びも楽だった。
ロビーにあるドトールの無料コーヒーが嬉しかった。
受付で近隣のお食事処を聞いたところ、きちんと地図が用意されていて、丁寧に教えてくれたのでとても助かりました。
受付の男性、女性共に丁寧な対応と愛想もあり気持ちがよかった。

Nice location, rather small rooms
Pros:

The room was very small and rather old, but everything was clean and we had all we needed. We really liked the location as it is near the lake and also near some restaurants. The hotel has a big parking space which we found very convenient.

施設は古くともスタッフ対応が素晴らしいから、オール OK

フロントスタッフが最高でした。対応が本当丁寧で素晴らしい。夕飯おすすめの郷土料理の店を教えて頂き、行きましたが、そこもまた、最高に美味しい店でした。
