Pros:

Очень милый маленький отель на берегу живописного озера Сува. Удобный номер. Небольшой, но вместительный. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный, услужливый и вежливый.

Мы с мужем отлично провели время в этом отеле. Недалеко можно арендовать велосипеды и прокатиться вверх по горной дороге на смотровую площадку.

Очень хотелось бы вернуться туда ещё раз, но Япония такая большая, красивая и разнообразная, очень хочется успеть просмотреть ее другие не менее замечательные места!

Great experience, hope to stay here again
Pros:

Loved the hotel. The atmosphere is a great balance of casual and formal. The free breakfasts are FANTASTIC.
It's really close to Lake Suwa as well, and you can rent a bike and go on a ride along the lake (bike rental is a 10-15 walk from the hotel). Really beautiful views.

夕食をお気に入りの店（ラーメン店）で食べられた。隣のコンビニ（ローソン）の接客が良かった。

Good location if you are travelling by train. Quiel neighbourhood.
Pros:

Good location. 5-10 min walk to KamiSuwa station. 5 min walk to Lake Suwa. Good value for money. Just a simple hotel with all the basics. Friendly staff all around.

建物自体が古い、部屋の壁紙が剥がれている所があった！
ユニットバスの排水が悪く水浸しになった。
