Pros:

フロントの対応がスムーズでした。洗面所で寝間着のズボンを濡らしてしまいましたが、フロントに電話したら直ぐに替えを用意してくれました。
大浴場も良かったです。温泉ではないものの、光明石を通したお湯で身体がよく温まりました。

Cons:

いまどきドアがオーロックでないのは良くないなと思いました。オーロックのつもりで部屋に入ってしばらくしてから、鍵を締めてないことに気付いてヒヤッとしました。

朝刊があった。ベッドの布団が私好みで
眠れました。

Cons:

エレベーターは、せめて2基は欲しい。
朝食の白米が硬く食べづらく、新潟なのに不味かった。他のホテルに比べて大浴場が狭い。

部屋以外だったら良かった
Pros:

館内着は下のズボンが購入したいくらい良かった。
アメニティの歯ブラシが色違いで置いてあったのが
良心的だなと感じた。

Cons:

客室のバスタブに置いてあるコンデショナーが
薄めた感があったのが残念。

Cons:

喫煙の部屋で電子タバコのみOKの部屋と言う事で、喫煙しないが予約した。
実際は普通のタバコも吸える部屋だった。
