Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux
Horaires petit déjeuner le week-end liés aux horaires de la boutique extérieure à l'hôtel dans laquelle il est servi. Il est préférable de réserver au jour le jour en fonction de votre programme plutôt que de le payer d'avance et ne pas pouvoir en profiter

Employee i believe was called Guido, he was very lovely and welcoming especially to our 2 dogs.
We loved the possibility of grabbing a cup of coffee before heading out or a cookie.
Over the hotel is great. However, for the price you are paying per night i did expect to have at least a window for some fresh air, especially if you are bringing your dogs.
The room was quite small and we were lucky that the travel benches did fit in the room, but if they were big this would have been an issue.
Perhaps some amenities for people traveling with their pet companions could be nice.
If you have big dogs, perhaps this one might not be the best choice.
The tiles in the bathroom could use a deep clean too.
Central location. The staff - professional, fruendly. They helped us on various issues. The hotel has a cafeteria - free and provides for free water. As a guest, you can wash, dry and iron your clothes free. The rooms are clean , beds comfortable. Best hotel in Eindhoven.
Locatie excelenta. Personal foarte amabil cu un plus pentru stafful de la receptie - profesionisti. Cafeteria si apa sunt gratis. Gratis iti poti spala, usca si calca hainele.

It’s not clear that the appartement is far 4 min from the hotel, with no elevator and a very difficult stair , the appartement is smelly, like frying smell , maybe because there is a churros shop down stairs and the smell is really bad and annoying and avove all , the towels are extremely dirty, the bed full of hair , the sofa stained, it’s disgusting and unacceptable
