Prima, maar een paar aanmerkingspunten.
Pros:

Locatie, faciliteiten , toegang door middel van pasjes is ook fijn! Marie Stella Maris producten in kamer ook top, de airco was ook fijn.

Cons:

Ik had aangevinkt een 2 persoons bed te willen, dit waren echter 2 aparte matrassen. Ook de hygiëne viel ons tegen, onder het bed lagen gebruikte dingen van eerdere bezoekers. Ook het doucheputje zat verstopt en liet de badkamer overstromen.

Heerlijk gekoelde kamer, top lokatie en super vriendelijk personeel. We hebben genoten. Wat een rust, terwijl je in het centrum van Eindhoven zit. Echt super

Hotel smoesjes zonder werkende airco.
Pros:

Niets eerlijk gezegd. Hoewel de airco in kamer 304 WEL werkte.

Cons:

Het gelieg dat de TV enkele dagen geleden een nieuw signaal heeft maar aldus o.a. tripadvisor dit al sinds maart is ( 27-06 momenteel )
De airco op kamer 210 wordt gereset waarna er herrie uit de plafond ventilator komt maar ik na 2 min mezelf al kapot zweet. Bij vertrek nogmaals gemeld en dan komen de smoesjes dat het andere airco unites zijn, de airco het niet aankan ( vreemd genoeg wel op de derde etage ) en laten we niet vergeten dat de voordeur snachts niet gesloten is want jaja ook die is stuk en moet men handmatig de schuifdeuren openen en sluiten. Ergo te slecht voor woorden en zal hier niet meer dood gevonden willen worden. Als hotel branche moet je niet het lef hebben ook maar om iets te zeuren zoals de toeristenbelasting als je dermate onzin en slechte kwaliteit biedt. Volgende keer weer Pullman of Leonardo.
