Hubo un problema con un cambio de fechas, y en tres días no hubo manera de comunicarse con el hotel, ni por teléfono, ni por email y ni siquiera a través de Booking fueron capaces de contactar con ellos.
Una vez llegué al hotel pudo hablar con la gobernanta en tres ocasiones por la mañana, me decía con muchas amabilidad que iba a intentar solucionar el cargo extra y que en un rato me llamaría, cosa que no hizo a lo largo de la estancia.
A mí juicio me parece muy poco profesional que hagan caso omiso a los correos que se les envían y no los contesten y ni siquiera cojan el teléfono cuando se les llaman, deja mucho que desear como hotel.....
