直前の予約でしたが、家族皆で同じ階の近くのお部屋で、ありがたかったです😊朝食時も混んでましたが誘導して席を取っていただき助かりました。何度か利用してますがいつも快適に過ごさせていただいてます

快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

フロントの対応が良かったです。

Cons:

エレベーター降りて部屋に向かうまでの独特の匂いが気になりました。せっかくのお風呂が混んでてゆっくり出来なかったですが、朝はゆっくり　入れたので良かったです。
