CHECK THE BAD REVIEW!! NO ACCOUNTABLITY AT ALL EVEN AFTER THEIR STAFF STOLE OUR MONEY
⚠️⚠️ 700 SWISS FRANCS MISSING — ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! ⚠️⚠️
During our 1.5-week holiday, 700 Swiss francs in cash disappeared from our luggage at Paradise Hotel. We reported it immediately, and the hotel promised to check CCTV and contact the police.
We asked who had entered our room. The hotel told us the cleaning woman had blocked their calls and stopped responding. Despite this suspicious situation, we had to chase the hotel for days and go to the police ourselves.
The manager told us the hotel would only take responsibility if the money had been kept in the safe, not elsewhere in the room. Seriously? Even if cash is left on a table, properly trained staff should never touch a guest’s belongings! And if money disappears from a safe, how would the hotel establish what happened without a proper investigation?
Are guests expected to film everything, fingerprint their belongings, and investigate theft themselves just to feel safe? That is not a holiday — it is constant stress.
Not once did the hotel proactively apologise, offer compensation, or do anything to make us feel supported. We lost precious days of our 1.5-week vacation chasing answers instead of enjoying Vietnam.
Looking through the reviews, we also noticed at least four other guests reporting missing or stolen money. This is deeply concerning.
This is bigger than 700 francs. It is about trust, guest safety, and how tourists are treated when something goes wrong. Experiences like this damage the reputation of not only the hotel but also Vietnam as a tourist destination.
Regardless of who took the money, the hotel should take the incident seriously, support its guests, and offer a fair resolution instead of pushing all responsibility onto them.

Staff are very polite . Especially Mark at the front desk, he goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.
The pool closed too early unfortunately. After you are done for the day /town activities you can’t get in the water . What a shame 😞. My TV did not work the whole stay there .

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and professional, rooms were super spacious and it's in a great location. The breakfast was lovely and rooftop pool was a nice bonus.
Staff were exceptional and so helpful. We were even able to leave our big luggage overnight while we did an overnight trip elsewhere.
Room was small but comfortable. Great location. Breakfast was great.
We were sad the pool closed very early - we were unable to see it or use it because we got in in the evening and were leaving the next morning.
