Wi-Fiの件を除けば満足でした。
Pros:

接客対応が良かったし朝食も満足でした。

Cons:

Pros:

受付スタッフさんや朝食会場のスタッフさんの対応。朝食の内容。お風呂。
ベッドと枕の硬さが丁度良い感じでした。
部屋にフリーワイファイが有ること。

Cons:

工事中でカーテンを開けることができず
朝でも部屋が暗い感じでした。

他のルートインに比べてお風呂が小さくて他の方が入ってこられるとゆっくり洗ったりとかが出来なかったです

また行きたいホテルです
Pros:

急遽、
小学生を同行させる事になりました
スタッフの方が、とても感じ良く
親切に説明してくださりました。
追加料金もありがたい価格で、
子供用の可愛いアメニティやｸﾞｯｽﾞも準備していただきとても喜んでいました
ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝのｽﾀｯﾌの方々も親切で
よく気がついてくれて、
朝食も子供も大人も美味しくいただき満足です。

浴場は思ってたよりもコンパクトでしたが、落ち着く広さで、
とても気持ちよくて２回も入リました

Cons:

仕方ないですが、ただ今外壁工事中でカーテンが開けられなかったです
次に行く時は工事が終わった頃かなと思うので今回のみとは思います
（予約時に、工事の事前連絡はしていただいていましたのでわかってて行ったので仕方ないですが…）
