Cons:

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich, unhöflich, wirkte sehr gelangweilt, kurze patzige Antworten erhalten!

Hatten angeblich bei Buchung kein Beistellbett angegeben , wurden darauf hin von der Rezeptionistin schon mehr oder weniger angemacht als seien wir nicht fähig richtig zu buchen.

Uns wurde dann im Nachhinein ein Beistellbett gestellt welches aber zusätzlich berechnet wurde was wir bisher in KEINEM Hotel bezahlen mussten.

Wir waren froh, am Mittag dann einen netten Mann an der Rezeption zu haben der sehr zuvorkommend war und sich bei uns auch für die Situation entschuldigt hat.


Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr mager, kleine , wenig Auswahl, nicht ansprechend hergerichtet / unübersichtlich. Atmosphärisch leider nicht ansprechend.

Wir waren mit unserern zwei Kindern vor Ort 1J &5J und mussten feststellen, dass es nicht wirklich kindgerecht ist und von manchen Mitarbeiter/innen nicht so akzeptiert wurde dass da kleinere Kinder dabei waren weil sie dann doch mal etwas lauter waren bzw. es auch mal passiert ist das den Kindern etwas heruntergefallen ist wurde dann nur skeptisch und kopfschüttelnd vom Personal vorbeigelaufen.

Hier könnte aufgrund vom Platz deutlich mehr herausgeholt werden.

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten ein komfortables preisgünstiges Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Es gibt m.W. auch Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, aber die sind selbstverständlich teurer.
Das Frühstück gehört zu den besten, die ich in meinem 60 jährigen Leben bekommen habe und der Preis dafür ist ehrlicherweise unschlagbar!

Sehr zentrale Lage, freundliche sichere städtische Umgebung.

Cons:

Tiefgarage recht eng. Kein ausgewiesener Fahrradstellplatz. Mein Fahrrad wurde beim vorigen Aufenthalt wohl von einem Auto beim Rangieren angerempelt und dabei meine Beleuchtung beschädigt (Schutzblech mit Beleuchtung abgebrochen). Der/die Fahrer/in hat das entweder nicht bemerkt oder nicht für nötig gehalten sich zu melden ...
