Not recommending it, it’s not worth the money. Just amazing staff service.
Pros:

We liked the location. Customer service 10/10. All the staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Undergoing construction on the side of the hotel. I would say this is really negative feedback as the construction is basically on top of the pool / jacuzzi area. Also facing all the left side of the hotel. I would probably say that would be great to have a quicker room service and also staff that could speak a bit of English. Rooms quite old and noisy with the outside noise.

Localização, tratamento dos funcionários , ambiente no hotel

Cons:

Como no hotel, se hospedam pessoas importantes, e de várias nacionalidades !!, não gostei de alguns olhares, que para mim foram preconceituosos; sou observador e percebi até na hora de ir embora. Mas está tudo bem, isso não vai acabar.
Só acho que o hotel tem que fazer campanha para as pessoas saberem que caráter não se mede por posição social, e nem por o que a pessoa tem ou não.
Cristo morreu pelo mundo, e para ele não tem rico ou pobre, preto ou branco..
Nada disso ocorreu pelo comportamento dos funcionários, mas de alguns clientes, até na hora de ir embora!!!
Tá tudo bem, gostei do hotel de tudo, só não dos olhares maldosos
