Hay detalles que cuentan y no lo tuvieron conmigo y estuve de cliente en Arequipa y en puno
Pros:

Ubicación, personal amable en recepción y desayuno, buena calidad del desayuno

Cons:

Me equivoqué por error reservé 3 noches en lugar de 2 y no quisieron devolverme una noche extra ni compensar ese dinero en otras comodidades tal y como lo solicité . El personal de recepción muy amable intentó ayudarme pero el personal de reservas no me quiso ayudar

Aceptable en general, pero con desayuno limitado
Pros:

Desayuno demasiado básico, puedes pedir algunos platos preparados, elegí wafles pero eran muy pequeños. Se ahorran en todo y no cobran barato, al desayuno buffet le pongo 3/10 puntos, de los menos variados que he probado en relación calidad precio. La habitación esuvo ok, suministran incluso crema humectante, bien para una ciudad en altura con clima seco. El cuarto es pequeño, la silla que está dentro del dormitorio es la misma del restaurante, muy incomoda, el respaldar es muy bajo, nada ergonómico, eso debería mejorar.

Loud water pump ruined our stay.

Cons:

Der var en ekstremt forstyrrende maskinelyd, som gik af hver 1-5 minut.
Da jeg henvendte mig omkring dette, fik jeg at vide at det var lyden af deres vandpumpenaskine og at den ville stoppe kl. 10 om aftenen, hvilket den ikke gjorde. Den endte med at køre fra kl. 5 om morgenen til midnat, hver dag.
Så hvad det kunne have været et dejligt hotelophold, endte med at være et mareridt.

Pros:

I had an early check out before 6am breakfast for a tourbus pick up and they packed a breakfast bag for me.
Also staff knocked on my door approx 6pm after checking in with two complimentary chocolates as a courtesy.

Cons:

Random constant whooshing sound outside the room for hours, sounded like a maintenance shaft moving things up/down throughout the afternoon, evening and at least till midnight. Hot room with windows open also. In future recommend requesting a room that does not have a window that next to the large multi leveled open space courtyard so the whooshing sound is not heard.

Great location in city centre. Large bed, clean room. Friendly staff helping with the luggage.

Cons:

Vue sur le patio intérieur au dessus de la terrasse du restaurant (et fenêtres pas très isolantes).
Taux dollar/soles pratiqué par l’hôtel sur le prix booking affiché en dollars.J’ai payé en soles et du coup j’ai payé 10% de plus que prix booking (écart avec le change que j’aurais eu en bureau de change à l’extérieur). Il vaut mieux payer directement en dollars !

Todo perfecto. Ubicación perfecta a 2 minutos de la plaza de armas y de todo lo reseñable de la ciudad con un servicio fantástico, habitación muy confortable perfecta para descansar.
El personal fantástico y amable y servicial y el desayuno con lo necesario para salir a patear la ciudad.
