Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Mit dem Bus ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und auch modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffets war nicht so gut und der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt.

Pros:

The hotel truly has a very convenient location - all types of public transportation are nearby, as well as a food store and a restaurant close to the hotel. The breakfast food is of high quality, and special appreciation goes to the friendly staff, who resolve all issues quickly and easily. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but it was noticeable that the curtains needed washing and the furniture upholstery required deep cleaning.

Cons:

The hotel definitely does not live up to the price being charged or to its 3-star rating. Overall, it is clear that the rooms are already quite “worn out.” There was no drinking water in the room, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the sink did not drain properly and had an unpleasant smell, and some furniture were damaged (the edge trim on the table was detached and hanging loose) and hair dryer was old and also broken. It seems that the rooms need renovation either because of their age or due to the high number of guests.

Because of our early flight, we ordered a takeaway breakfast. However, it was difficult to consider it a proper replacement for the breakfast we had paid for but could not attend. You have to choose the contents from a special form, but the selection is very limited, with only 1–2 pieces of each item per person. We received 1 croissant, 1 bun, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham, and 1 portion of butter (if I remember correctly, the options also included a boiled egg and either white or dark bread).

The whole package looked poorly prepared and was very inconvenient, as the cheese and ham were each wrapped individually in plastic wrap, and there were no napkins or utensils included. This was impractical because without utensils, you could not even make a simple sandwich from the provided ingredients. If they had prepared an actual sandwich from the available ingredients, included napkins, water, and perhaps an apple or banana - which, by the way, are available at breakfast in the restaurant - it would have looked much better.

Pros:

L'hôtel est situé idéalement, avec bus, trains, metro en bas de l'hôtel; notre chambre donnait du côté gare mais nous n'avons pas été gênés par le bruit : l'isolation est correcte. En bas de l'hôtel , un restaurant , et 2 fast food. Dans le quartier il n'y a rien a visiter, mais le cœur d'Amsterdam est a 20/25mn en transport en commun. Un bus relie également l'aéroport en 30mn. Je recommande a tous points de vue.
