Bon hôtel globalement
Pros:

Le lit très confortable ainsi que la localisation vu la gare metro, tram et bus juste en face de l’hôtel . Petit déjeuner compris avec la chambre.

Cons:

Il faudrait rafraîchir les chambres, tâches au niveau du tapis et des murs

Odlična lokacija, izuzetno ciste sobe, super osoblje
Pros:

Uslužnost osoblja, GF opcije doručka, besplatna pohrana prtljage, kada smo se požalili da nam je hladno u sobi, osigurali su nam grijalicu i htjeli su nam je sami odnijeti u sobu, usluga savrsena!

Pros:

Las habitaciones son correctas, la cama es cómoda y se descansa bien. La ubicación es buena sales del transporte y tienes el hotel al lado. Está a 1 parada de tren de la estación central.

El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Echamos de menos una neverita en la habitación, para poder tener agua .
El aire acondicionado estaba muy alto y nos dijeron que no sé podía apagar ni regular. Nos dejaron una estufa, que mantenía una temperatura más agradable.

Cons:

the night reception manager probably an asian guy . Was trying to be oversmart and rude it was related to enquiry of breakfast parcel for the following morning since we have to leave early . He ensure that we did not get the breakfast nor the timings . Holiday inn with such a big brand name should not have such a staff trained.
He was arguing a lot with simple questions asked by us , at last we did not get the breakfast parcel because he was so hesitant and saying no to everything . He was highly rude an unprofessional . Will not recommend the hotel due to such staff. Highly disappointed after paying a good amount with the holiday express in , we were there for a good experience but became a worst experience of our trip.

Pros:

All was perfect especially Tanya. The staff was amazing. Alessandro, Romy, Elena, Ramisa, Sherraifa, Laura, Ahysha, Subashanna, Sonia and of course JALIL you guys made my stay perfect ♥️ Will definitely come back and I would recommend this hotel to all.

Perfect base to explore Amsterdam with comfort and great transport links.
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Trains run so frequently that you don't need to plan too far ahead. Hotel was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed as a family with teenagers. Customer service was great, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy but lots of choice and staff kept everything moving and food refreshed. Special shout out to Alessandro, operations manager for making my son's birthday breakfast extra special, totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Thank you

Not lots round the hotel for eating out but not really needed as transport is so close and reliable to use to go out in the evenings.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt zu erreichen. Trotz der Nähe zu Bahnhof ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Lieferservice vom Restaurant am Gebäude kam pünktlich. Supermarkt direkt neben dem Eingang. Hotelzimmer sind groß und mit Wasserkocher, Tassen und Tee ausgestattet.

Cons:

Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig, Flecken auf den Teppichen, Schimmel im Bad und Sauberkeit mit Luft nach oben. Auswahl beim Frühstück in Ordnung, aber schlecht organisiert, so dass es völlig chaotisch ist und die Menschen sich ständig im Weg sind.Insgesamt für den Preis und die Verkehrsanbindung weiterzuempfehlen.
