Petite crique privée dans la verdure. Confort et convivialité garantis.
Pros:

La vue depuis la chambre est époustouflante. Tout au sud de l'île, ce qui signifie tranquillité et paysage authentique. Cependant, le hameau possède restaurant et épicerie de base. Beaucoup de familles occidentales dans ce Mercure parfaitement sûr. Personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner d'excellente qualité.

Cons:

La connexion wifi est mauvaise, mais c'est sans doute dû à la localisation excentrée de l'hôtel. L'établissement ne semble pas être parfaitement entretenu, c'est-à-dire que des peintures ou de faux gazons mériteraient un rafraîchissement, mais cela donne un côté "hors saison" presque délicieux.

Wenn du für ein paar Tage total abschalten möchtest und ein paar gute Bücher zur Hand hast ist dieses Hotel genau richti
Pros:

Super schönes Hotel. Der Ausblick auf Pool und Meer war grandios!

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben hier und da schon ein paar Macken. Man merkt das dass Hotel schon etwas älter ist. Aber es war sauber und das ist ja dann wieder die Hauptsache!
Außerhalb vom Hotel gibt es aber so gut wie nichts. Eine kleine Straße mit ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber auch nur sehr bedingt. Wir waren jeden Tag bei nanny essen, da war es sehr lecker und günstig. Im Hotel selber sind die Preise etwas höher genauso wenn du die ein Transportmittel dir buchen möchtest. Ist dies auch wieder etwas teurer.

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein wirklicher Rückzugsort, sehr in Einklang mit der Natur.
Pros:

Der Ort ist wunderbar, sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.
Wunderbares Zimmer. Schön gepflegte, grüne Anlage. Tolle, nette Menschen, die immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle sind.

Cons:

Wir waren mit Kindern unterwegs. Der Boden im Pool war sehr aufgerauht, so dass einige Kinder über wunde Füße klagten. Der Pool könnte generell eine Generalüberholung vertragen.

Hotel is for 5 stars and the food is really good in case if you are looking for the European food as well, the service team is is so pleasant and the cleaner lady clean very good! great pool as a bonus. Really recommend!

A hidden gem!
Pros:

The property was clean, easily accessible, it was on a great quiet location. The staff were excellent very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay.

A perfect base to explore Koh Chang, located in a peaceful and beautiful part of the island.
Pros:

A beautiful property in a stunning location, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast selection is extensive and excellent, and the Starbucks coffee bar by the beach is a lovely feature. The surrounding nature makes the property even more special.

Cons:

We did not experience any disadvantages during our stay. The property was excellent in terms of location, facilities, service, and overall atmosphere.

Best staff we have found.
Pros:

This is hotel… wow! We will be back next year.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much especially the security staff on the front and the concierge just in the reception but I can’t say we experienced any staff who didn’t smile and greet us.

The swim up rooms were amazing and the food was also great.

Do yourself a favour and try the Thai cooking class, we absolutely loved it.

The beach is amazing! The little cove is so private and the staff are always on hand to help.

Cons:

The only thing bad was that we had to leave!

The staff were endlessly helpful and the resort was private, well maintained and the breakfast very well stocked with variety and of good quality

Cons:

Beware the sand flies on the beach at night. I was badly bitten all over, bring plenty of insect repellent. My one main complaint with the management of the resort was they were renovating the pool villa next to ours and had to call reception to ask them to stop drilling next door at past 10pm.

Pleasant and old classic with much Natural Landscape feel. Good value stay.
Pros:

Friendly and proper elegant staffs. Great value for what we paid. Comfortable big size room. The hotel is under renovations and since it is low season there were more workers than guests. Very Natural surroundings. We have our own car so with large parking at front of hotel it was convenient. I like the designs of the hotel and with freshening it up it is classic beauty.

Cons:

There were dozens of gardeners working the next morning and all
Day to clear up trees and all so they were around swimming pool area and did not give the sense of privacy. We didn’t use the pool at all. But no complaints Aa for what we paid for the room type with big balcony and beach front view on the 3 rd floor room for 2 nights and under 4000b was a great deal including breakfast.
