Our stay at Radisson Hotel Mussoorie was truly excellent. A special mention to Manish Ji, who made our stay extremely comfortable and went the extra mile to make it even more memorable.
The food was awesome, and the ambience, room service, cleanliness, and overall hospitality were absolutely 10/10.
We also had a medical emergency during our stay, which was handled very professionally and promptly. Thanks once again to the entire staff and especially Manish Ji for the care and support.

Wonderful experience in Radisson Masoori, specially in restaurant Ms Taniya serves us nicely. She has taken care of all our requirements. Personally she has attended all my family members with smiling face. Thank you so much for giving us memorable stay.
Our stay at the Oasis Radisson Mussoorie has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. The complimentary pickup and drop service till the paid parking area was incredibly convenient and made our travel entirely hassle-free. A big thank you as well to the reception team for a seamless check-in, and to the housekeeping staff for ensuring our room was always impeccably clean and well-kept.
The dining here was a major highlight, the dinner buffet is by far the best I have ever had, so kudos to the chef and their excellent team! The entire staff is incredibly helpful and polite, with a special shoutout to Manish from the restaurant for his outstanding service. To top it all off, a special mention goes to the singer for providing a wonderful live musical backdrop that truly elevated our dining experience.
Overall, this is a fantastic, well-rounded place to choose for a stay in Mussoorie. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly and attentive. In particular, Manish from the restaurant has been a very attentive waiter.

Had a very comfortable stay at Radisson Mussoorie. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very hygienic, which made the stay even more pleasant.
A special mention to Swapna and Ravi at the front desk and Taniya in the restaurant — they were incredibly helpful and ensured everything was taken care of smoothly.
The only recommendation would be regarding the hotel cab service. Since the hotel is located on a steep slope, it becomes a little difficult to return from Mall Road late at night, especially after 9:30 PM when the hotel cabs are not operational. Extending the cab timings slightly would make the experience even better for guests.
Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality.
