让人暖心的一次经历
Pros:

我们在行政复式套房有商业活动需求，对接人Peter从头至尾表现出的敬业和专业让人钦佩。他耐心带我们看房选房，配合我们反反复复确认各种细节，帮助我们协调网络和入场时间。
也非常感谢客房部和IT部门的同事，在住期间没少麻烦各位。没有各位的鼎力协助，活动也就无法如此顺利开展了。

Voor dit hotel had ik , zeker aan de frontdesk beter engels sprekende mensen verwacht.

Расположение в квартале французской концессии

Cons:

Отель уставший. Вытертые деревянные панели,, поношенное ванная. Жёсткие матрасы и хлипкие одеяла.

Шумный кондиционер даже в режиме минимального вентилятора. Первый раз в жизни был вынужден надеть беруши, чтобы заснуть так как кондиционер очень шумный, если выключить то становится тяжко. И видно непроста отель кладёт беруши на стол.

Завтрак хороший, но опять же соотношение цена качество считаю плохим.

O hotel é excelente, os quartos são ótimos apesar do colchão e o café da manhã é ótimo!
Pros:

Ótima localização. Muitos shoppings, restaurantes e facilidades por perto. Para o centro não é tão longe, 20 min de didi e estamos em qualquer ponto mais estratégico. O café da manhã é ótimo, atende super bem aos acidentais. O quarto é muito bem equipado, podemos solicitar tudo por tablet com atendimento rápido.

Cons:

Os colchões são ruins. Antigos, afundados e desconfortáveis. Precisam ser trocados para fazer jus ao todo que o hotel oferece. O café da manhã só deixa a desejar por falta de alguns alimentos, mas seleções de queijos por exemplo e máquinas de café para self service. Estivemos em época de Canton Fair, China lotada, e como servem o café na mesa fica complicado, vem trocado, errado, frio, demora.... se tivessem 5 máquinas de café espalhadas pelo salão ajudaria muito.
