NO ES UN TRATO 5 ESTRELLAS

Estaba todo muy limpio

Cons:

Las largas filas de hasta 35 minutos que tuve que hacer. Yo llegué antes de la hora del check in. Sin embargo me permitieron y realizamos todo el papeleo, sin embargo a la hora de ir a retirar las llaves, tuve que hacer todo la fila de 35 minutos solo para que me las entregaran. Le comuniqué a la joven que yo solo necesitaba las llaves y me contestó que igual tenía que esperar. A la hora de irme fue exactamente igual, esperé 40 minutos y ya en un tono menos amigable le dije “yo no he consumido nada fuera del paquete y llevo demasiado tiempo como para solo entregar una llave”. Después le di cuenta que se me había quedado algo en la habitación y le indiqué a otra joven, me dejaron esperando UNA HORA, tuve que hablar con 3 personas distintas y al final utilizar un tono menos agradable para que me entregaran mis pertenecientes teniéndola ellos en la oficina que se encuentra literalmente detrás de la recepción. Esto es un hotel EXCESIVAMENTE COSTOSO para la calidad de atención que te dan, muy mal de parte del personal de recepción. Adicional a todo lo demás el desayuno no estaba rico, ni era tan variado, los pancake y Wafles estaban sumamente secos, el desayuno no fue para nada lo que esperé al pagar un hotel tan costoso, tienen que mejorar. Otra cosa, el día antes de mi alojamiento tuve que ir a una cena la cual era a las 7:00pm todos los que vivimos en Panamá sabemos que para llegar a ese hotel en días de semana, sobre todo el viernes, tenemos que llegar de 3 a 4 horas antes porque si no el tráfico tan pesado no permitirá que lleguemos a tiempo. Cuando llego al hotel a eso de las 4:30 pm el joven de la garita me indica que debo esperar afuera (EN LA CALLE) porque la cena es a las 7:00pm y aún era muy temprano. El joven fue muy amable y seguía las intrusiones pero POR FAVORRRR yo estaba en la lista de la cena. Al final entré porque tenía familiares ya hospedados y tuvieron que llamar para dejarme entrar.

Buen hotel cómodo para familias.

La atención en la recepción muy deficiente muy demorada con fila muy larga y poco empatico el recepcionista. la comida del restaurante italiano es muy limitada solo 2 opciones , en el del buffet del desayuno solo una persona para atender los huevos casi media hora para lograr la atención.

Returning Guests Who Can’t Wait to Come Back
Pros:

This was our second time staying at the Westin Playa Bonita Panama. Our first visit was just a one-night layover, but we liked it so much we knew we had to come back. This trip we were traveling from the east side of the Panama Canal toward PTY and stayed a couple of nights before crossing the Canal to be closer to the airport. The staff were all super kind and quick to help, which really made the stay even better.
The service in the lounge was superb. The hostess seemed to know what we wanted before we even asked and treated us like we were the only people there, even when it was crowded. This level of service was consistent on both of our visits.
Our first stay was in the off-season, and we loved the quiet, more secluded feel. The second visit was a bit more crowded, but the atmosphere was still relaxed and the beach never felt too busy. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and Marriott beds are always the best for a good night’s sleep.
The cost is a little high, but there’s a lot to do on the property, so it still feels worthwhile. The room had everything we needed, though we’re not fans of the newer plastic single-serve coffee makers and would prefer a simple glass coffee pot instead.
Other then that, we look forward to visiting again.

We had a great time. The bar staff was very good. In particular, Jeriel was excellent. My only complaint would be with the service in the restaurants. The food was always very slow to arrive.
