Nos sirvió para nuestro objetivo de estadía en un Hotel con piscina para relax y estar cerca de la ciudad para visitarlas. Varias piscinas agradables, se consiguen poltronas. Buen servicio de toallas.

My husband and I chose this hotel to stay during our anniversary trip this year. This location was not that far from the airport and had good reviews. Overall, the hotel was clean. Our room was nice and had a great view. The staff was excellent, very warm and welcoming. The food was good. It was the off season so there were not a lot of guests there. The steakhouse, Tierra de Fuego, was good and the food was really good. The service was EXCELLENT! I want to give kudos and a shout out to Analidis, she was great and made my husband and I feel like family. There was a young lady at the pool bar during our stay they gave exceptional service as well, Nilka, she was an absolute sweetheart. I also want to shout out the bellman out front that was equally as warm, friendly and helpful, George (Geraldo). We love great service. We also got a couple’s massage at the spa and that nice as well and the service was really good.

The hotel is a little dated and could use a little extra love and maintenance. The pools weren’t clean and the beach is ok. This hotel is off the beaten path and a nice quiet place to stay if you want to relax and get away. BEWARE of the No See-ems! They are small mosquitoes, they bite and are real and they will get you. Make sue you use bug spray! Overall, this is a very decent place to stay.

The resort is dated but has great pools. When we arrived on Saturday, there was like 100 local teens doing a day camp activities with some day pass visitors which made the experience was mostly like a public pool. Very noisy dirty and messy with tons of backpacks / sandles everywhere. We even lost our special ball which we purchased from our last trip at Costa Rica at the pool and lost my mercredi cap at the lobby that afternoon. Someone simply took it. We looked every where outselves, just couldn’t find it. Report it to hotel right away, however we never had any further respond.

Buffet lunch was basic and dinnee was poor quality so made it expensive. I can understand its made to the All-inclusive thourist at cheaper package price but totally not to the standard for how much we were asked to pay in Panama. (We stayed in 5 other 5-star hotel this trip.)

Coffee was a dispointment. We bought two Cappuccinos, one came in room temperature, one came in warm. I was there watching them making it. When I told the young staff it’s not hot, the older staff simply put it right back to microwave!!!

On top of that, we all go biten up by some small Mosquitos.

Will not go back again.

The food provided was amazing and the services was outstanding.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. Bryan, Aldain, Emma, and Maria are the best! They offered quick and clean service. Plus the food was delicious.

The Westin was a great introduction to Panamá. I only stayed 1 night but wish I had stayed longer. The hotel is clean and has a few restaurant options. The staff is very customer service oriented. It’s located on the beach… it’s not the prettiest beach ever but it is decent. I was able to see a beautiful sunrise and loved seeing the ships line up for canal transit. The food was decent. The one note is that there is nothing but a few resorts in the area so if you want shopping or nightlife this might not be your place.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Playa Bonita. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. A special thank you to Marilyn at Pacífico Restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Her excellent customer service truly made a difference during our stay. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning!

Me encantaron las instalaciones, el ambiente, el servicio, la comida. Tiene todo lo de un resort sin la complicación de tener que recorrer largas distancias para cualquier cosa. Nos encantó caminar en las mañanas en la playa, hay una linda vida marina y la vista de los barcos de día y de noche encantadora
Todo es fácil en este hotel. En la temporada en que vinimos, aunque no había mucha gente, pudimos acceder a todos los servicios y programación de temporada alta
Aunque no es en la ciudad, está solo a 15 minutos de lo más llamativo de la misma. Hay una paz que da el entorno y puedes acceder a lo mejor de la ciudad fácilmente. Nos dieron habitación con vista al mar a pesar de que la reserva era vista al jardín

We are celebrating both my mom’s birthday and my birthday, and Enrique made this celebration truly unforgettable. His service was, without a doubt, the best we’ve experienced at any restaurant during our trip. He was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and paid attention to every little detail, making sure we always had everything we needed before we even had to ask.

Enrique’s professionalism, warm personality, and genuine care for his guests really stood out. He went above and beyond to make our celebration feel special, and his exceptional service made our dining experience one we’ll always remember.

I sincerely hope Enrique receives the recognition he deserves. Outstanding employees like him are rare, and he is a tremendous asset to the restaurant. Thank you, Enrique, for making our birthdays so memorable!

The service is always nice, specially the buffet service for breakfast and lunch. Marilyn Gozalez, Carmen, and Enrique are always attentive to one’s needs.

An outstanding service by the entire Marriott Westin hotel team. The food was amazing, the rooms very comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a amazing time. Thank you Enrique Lastip for making my mother-in-law a great birthday celebration.

Alina our server for breakfast was very friendly, helpful and attentive.
