Pros:

Zimmer in der Residenzia. Alles ok bis auf den Eingangsbereich. Sie berücksichtigen nicht, dass alle Zeute nicht Katze Augen haben. Der Eingangsbereich vor dem "Kasten" mit Safe viel zu dunkel. Keine Chance etwas zu sehen. Schade!!!
Beanstande das nicht zum ersten Mal, geändert hat sich leider aber nichts. Muss inskünftig mit Taschenlampe kommen.

Excelente ubicación, pero desordenado en las cuentas y mal mantenimiento
Pros:

La ubucación y uno de los superiores en la recepción que fue muy ayudador para los datos de transporte y de la ciudad.

Cons:

Tuvimos 2 habitaciones. Una tuvo el aire acondicionado todos los dias malos y era julio. Luego hubo un oroblema en el pago, porque usaron una tarjeta de credito de la invitada, que solo era para extras, y fue solicitada en la recepción, cobraron la habitación y al reclamar dijeron por mail al darnos cuenta contestaron que habia que reclamarle a booking. Se les explicó que booking nunca tuvo esta tarjeta, ya que fue solicitada en la recepción sino no dejaban entrar a la huesped a la habitación. Nunca contestaron al explicafrles esto y hasta el dia de hoy no se ha podido dilucidar si cobraron algo mas de 400 euros dos veces, porque ya estaba todo pagado con otra tarjeta y confiormado por ellos mismos en el check out.

Well positioned
Pros:

We chose this hotel as we have stayed previously. Then, as this visit was it was excellent.
Lunch and breakfast were both excellent.

Cons:

Tram rumbling in the late evening. Felt rather than heard.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with fantastic, beautifully decorated rooms with great facilities. The multi adaptor point was a huge bonus when we arrived without correct plugs!
The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly as we’d arrived unexpectedly after a flight cancellation, giving advice on onward travel options. We really appreciated their hospitality!

Cons:

It’s a great location, very near the station but that can mean a little noise. Definitely worth it for the staff and gorgeous rooms though!

אמנם ארוחת הבוקר טובה אך קצת יקרה בהתחשב בכך שיש הרבה חלופות זולות יותר בקרבת מקום.
ריח לא נעים במסדרון.
מבנה מיקום החדרים קצת לא נוח אם ממקמים אתכם בבניין השני ולא הראשי.

Sonst war das Zimmer sehr gut und sauber
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut

Cons:

ein starker Minuspunkt war die Badewanne. Ich weiss nicht, wie ein normaler Mensch in diese Badewanne kommt
geschweige dann wieder raus. Man sollte das Glas verschieben können sonst unbrauchbar

Confortable
Pros:

La cama es muy confortable.El parking muy amplio. El desayuno estaba bien.

Cons:

La ubicación es buena al lado de la estación de tren. Pero hay que coger el tranvía para ir al centro aunque es gratuito. El baño no está del todo cómodo la bañera es muy alta y es difícil salir de ella.
