Завтрак хороший, расположение прекрасное, в самом центре и это единственный плюс отеля

нужен ремонт. замок сломан, нет дверок на ванной вода льется на пол, нет чайника

Pros:

The hotel is a pleasant, retro, experience. The hotel was clean, the room was big and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very accomodating. The furniture and overall look was retro, a bit old but not in disrepair, everything was neat, tidy, clean and good looking. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Kalamegdan and the city centre is just there.

Cons:

The room cleaning service was quite early, which was not too handy if you want to sleep in.

Hotel bem situado, com funcionários muito profissionais, e um bom custo/benefício.

Primeiro que tudo o elogio vai para os funcionários. São muito atenciosos, educados e com elevado profissionalismo. O hotel é verdade que precisa de algumas remodelações, em especial os quartos, mas pelo preço, não podemos exigir mais! Quem quiser melhores condições tem de pagar mais. Para mim, serve muito bem porque tem o essencial e é limpo. A recepção e a sala do pequeno almoço é muito atrativa. O pequeno almoço também é muito bom. Face ao preço e tudo de positivo que referi, voltarei a alojar-me neste hotel. É de salientar que este é um hotel com história.
