Excellente expérience, bel hôtel très bien placé
Pros:

Le personnel, les lits, l'emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les oreillers beaucoup trop épais mais ils les changent sans problème si vous demandez.
Le rideau trop court qui laisse quand même beaucoup passer la lumière le matin.

Excelente localização, vista linda e staff gentil e eficiente
Pros:

Muito bem localizado. Rua fechada a poucos passos de taxi e Van. Tem Tuk Tuk para malas e 3 pessoas, mas menos de 50 metros a pé. Ducha excelente, bons armarios e ar condicionado que funciona. Check in rápido e cortês

Cons:

Vista para mesquita. tudo perfeito. Nada que não gostei. Room service cobram o dobro mas se conversar dá para levar umas esfihas pro quarto sem adicional

"We had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to the reception manager, Talha, for his incredible kindness in accommodating us with an early check-in. We had just returned from Umrah and were exhausted from no sleep, so this gesture was deeply appreciated.Beyond the service, the breakfast was great, the room was perfectly clean, and the view of the Hagia Sophia was absolutely awesome. We will definitely be visiting again!"

Posizione strategica ma non da 5 stelle
Pros:

Posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla Moschea Blu, Hagia Sofia e dalla fermata del tram con il quale ci si può muovere facilmente. La camera è ampia, magari ci sono dettagli da sistemare, ma è ok. Staff molto gentile e professionale.

Cons:

Sicuramente non è un 5 stelle. Non ha infrastruttura nelle parti comuni e camera da 5 stelle. Direi che la quinta stella proviene esclusivamente dalla posizione assolutamente ottima e strategica.
Anche la colazione non è da 5 stelle. La parte mediterranea è assente, in particolare croissant e pain au chocolat vecchi e riscaldati.

Местоположение отличное!
Отель не плохой.. завтрак норм, но подушки очень жёсткие, стеклянный туалет, как то сомнительно) парковки нет, подъезда нет, хотя написано что есть..

Cons:

Парковка платная, ещё и в другом месте.. 10евро за сутки , подъезда нет. Еле еле нашёл, там пришлось как то через бардюр заезжать, а утром машину убирать на платную парковку.

Nel cuore di Istanbul, ottima soluzione, sebbene con possibilità di miglioramento
Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale, a due passi da Hagia Sofia e dalla Basilica Cisterna, a tre da Moschea Blu e Palazzo Topkapi.
La stanza è grande, in due nella doppia si sta benissimo, silenziosa.
Colazione abbondante.
Il top però è il personale, sempre disponibile ad aiutare durante il soggiorno e a risolvere i problemi (ne ho avuti un paio nella stanza)

Cons:

Le stanze, soprattutto i bagni mostrano i segni dell'età, con diverse imperfezioni (problemi con il sistema della chiave, supporti asciugamani che si staccano, tracce di muffa), che infastidiscono nonostante la pronta soluzione dello staff.
Servirebbe più varietà nella colazione dolce.
