Muito boa, mas precisa melhorar a academia e café-da manhã.

Localização, gentileza do staff e tamanho e limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

Achei a academia bem limitada. Poucos aparelhos. Não pude ver 8os jogos da Copa do Mundo porque os canais de TV que o hotel disponibiliza não passavam. Ouvi de outros hóspedes que o café-da-manhã era bagunçado, barulhento e o sistema de pedir na mesa era demorado. Minha reserva não comportava o café-da-manhã, e eu achei o valor de 20 USD muito caro, optei por não pagar e comer fora do hotel.

Wenn man nur im Hotel schlafen möchte dann ist es ok. Mein Zimmer war groß und sauber.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war erbärmlich die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist das Frühstück wirklich erbärmlich.
Man darf nur zweimal etwas aus der sehr übersichtlichen Karte was bestellen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist extrem klein.

Luxurious experience in every way
Pros:

My son and I truly loved this hotel. The staff (especially Miew and the pool manager) went over the top on service. The styling of the spacious rooms are exceedingly tastful (nothing tacky or contrived). Great breakfast with items like Tom Yum benedict and stoked salmon with cream cheeseburger. Good gym and the pool was perfect (my son is a swimmer).

Cons:

I'm struggling to mention anything here but watch your step on the steps to the restaurant out front if it's rainy.
