CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch III

Very good location, right next to Taipei Main station. Staff was so welcoming and friendly, rooms were modern and well equipped. They offer free coffee, laundry and even ramen on the evening.
Would 100% stay there again

The staff were excellent! They alone made the hotel worth it. The self serve laundry was very convenient, and the tea and noodles were very much appreciated. It is a short walk to the Taipei main station mrt.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Taipei. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, making our trip very comfortable and memorable.

What made our stay extra special was the surprise party they helped arrange for our mother’s birthday and Mother’s Day celebration. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming experience that our family will never forget.

Special thanks to Sam and Debby for their excellent service and very kind attitude. They were always approachable, cheerful, and genuinely caring. Sam even personally helped us with our laundry, which we truly appreciated after a long trip. We received a letter from them before we depart which made us more happy.

Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome and cared for. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei and would gladly stay here again!

Sam and Debby were very helpful staff which catered to our needs. Their excellent services were beyond their call of duties.

The hotel is well located as it is very close to the Taipei Main Station, which allows for convenience to reach any parts of Taipei. Other than that, the staff (particularly Sam) is very friendly and helpful in sharing tips and assistance for our day-trips to Jiufen, Shifen and Tamsui. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed 4D3N at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient, with easy access to the main station, Airport Express train, High Speed Rail, local trains, and MRT.

The room was clean, and the bed was cozy and comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities—there was free laundry service with detergent provided, as well as complimentary snacks (energy bars) and drinks available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the hotel even offered free supper in the form of large cup noodles along with drinks. Although there is no dining area, guests can bring the food back to their rooms, which was convenient.

The staff were friendly and polite throughout my stay. I was particularly fortunate to meet Miss Debby (李亦晴）, whose attentiveness and excellent customer service truly stood out. She quickly came to the pantry when she noticed the coffee machine had run out of fresh milk while I was trying to make a cup of coffee. It was late night, she even offered to help with my laundry so I could rest well for the next day—something I have never experienced in previous hotel stays.
As it rained for a few days and disrupted my outdoor plans, she also kindly suggested alternative indoor activities, which was very helpful.

Overall, this was a memorable and comfortable stay, made even better by the outstanding service.
