This holiday was good value for the money paid.
Pros:

The staff from room maid to front desk were excellent.The lobby bar daytime staff exceeded expectations,polite,calm and the area was a refreshing atmosphere from the hustle and bustle of the busy lower bar.
The dinning area and food was great for us.Clean area and quality waiters.

Cons:

Most of the pool beds around the pool area were very close together.

Food, staff and cleanliness were all amazing.

Cons:

The drinks were awful, had to ask to put alcohol in cocktails despite there being a mocktail
Menu. Not a lot of variety at all for the money we paid for the hotel. Size of glasses esp for beer were tiny.

Cómodo y de calidad
Pros:

La ubicación con parking es insuperable, la limpieza de las instalaciones y la habitación es magnifica, la comida es muy buena y hay bastante variedad (aún que mejorable), la mayor parte del personal también muy bien, animación a la noche esta muy bien.

Cons:

Teníamos la habitación en otro edificio y el trayecto entre la parte principal y nuestra habitación teníamos que contar entre 7 y 10 minutos de ida y otros de vuelta. Para los tempos era un poco mal porque ibamos con poco tiempo y ademas sumarle esto.

Wird gern von älteren Gästen gebucht, ich komme vielleicht in 25 Jahren wieder!
Pros:

Das Essen war reichlich und gut. Das Angebot war sehr gut.
Das Personal ist aufgestellt, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es ist ständig geputzt oder gereinigt worden.
Rezeption ist geduldig, informativ und überaus freundlich.

Cons:

Der Weg von Hauptgebäude zum Nebengebäude konnte man als Verdauungsspaziergang verstehen, konnte aber auch nerven.
Braucht eine gewisse Zeit um sich zurecht zu finden.
Kein Ein-/Ausgang bei Nebengebäude zum Meer.

Paraiso en lanzarote
Pros:

Hotel Grande, puedes comer a todas horas, actividades e instalaciones preparadas para hacer todo tipo de deporte: tenis, basket, volley. La piscina y hamacas muy comodas. Socorristas y equipo de animacion excelente y cualificado. Tienes todo lo que necesitas a tu alcance sin tener que salir del hotel. Es un todo incluido en condiciones.

Cons:

Todo me ha gustado pero hay cosas para mejorar:
No hay libros en español en la biblioteca, aconsejable mosquiteras en las habitaciones o disponer en habitacion de repelentes, mejora de calidad en los coktails y bebidas ( coca cola, fanta , vino ) son de baja calidad.

Estupenda.
Pros:

La amabilidad de los empleados principalmente, la comida rica. Todo limpio.

Cons:

Que ponga mejor música en la discoteca. Porque es algo antiguo todo. Le falta más animación.

Vacaciones en el paraíso
Pros:

La buena ubicación, la piscina climatizada, el buffet, la habitación-casita que nos tocó

Cons:

Que no hubiese más actividades para niños en horario de tarde, terminan muy pronto. Recomendaría un horario por lo menos hasta las 19 pues por la mañana la mayoría hacemos excursiones para conocer la isla y casi no les dio tiempo a participar a nuestros hijos. El agua de la máquina de bebidas era agua del grifo (sabía mal) tuvimos que estar pidiendo botellas de agua mineral en el bar de arriba cada vez que queríamos agua.
