Pros:

The room is spacious, a great stay. The location is very near LRT 1; it was good value for money.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They were helpful. I will definitely come back if I'll be coming again to the area.

Cons:

The breakfast is not so enticing, though buffet style, but very few choices.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, which we really appreciated. However, the hotel itself is quite old and needs some maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable, and unfortunately, all of us experienced body itching after sleeping on it. One of the electrical outlets was loose. Overall, the staff were great, but the room and facilities need improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance.

The room was too small and not clean. The toilet was clogged, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The staff were not approachable or welcoming, which made our stay even less enjoyable.

We also did not feel safe in the area outside the hotel, especially at night. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and our stay was a very bad experience.

Good for a short stay if you’re target is to Divisoria and easy access to the airport

I like the restaurant services and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The room is spacious.

Cons:

It’s located on a very busy street, so it’s noisy. Also the bathroom has no shower curtain so hard to shower without wetting the whole bathroom floor. Also the bathroom has a sewer smell.
