We stayed at Manila Opera Hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

The room was too small and not clean. The toilet was clogged, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The staff were not approachable or welcoming, which made our stay even less enjoyable.

We also did not feel safe in the area outside the hotel, especially at night. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and our stay was a very bad experience.

Good for a short stay if you’re target is to Divisoria and easy access to the airport
Pros:

I like the restaurant services and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The room is spacious.

Cons:

It’s located on a very busy street, so it’s noisy. Also the bathroom has no shower curtain so hard to shower without wetting the whole bathroom floor. Also the bathroom has a sewer smell.

Average hotel stay!
Pros:

Good location with a lot of nearby restaurants in the area. Everything will give value for money. Pool is probably the best part. Breakfast is not much, but still okay. Service is good!
