Pros:

La localisation en plein centre de Chamonix! Parking privé derrière l’hôtel, pour le même prix qu’un parking en périphérie (18€)

Cons:

- Le prix me semble un peu excessif par rapport à la taille et au confort de la chambre (lit superposé dans chambre de 3, pour le même prix qu’un appartement 2 étages, terrasse, bain à remous à l’Héliopic).

- J’ai oublié ma montre Garmin dans mon peignoir, je suis revenu le soir car toujours en ville, impossible de la retrouver… J’aurai donné 6 étoiles si le nettoyage des chambres était plus fiable.

Ein angenehmer kurzaufenthalt in dem Herzen des schönen Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Es ist ein Hotel mit nostalgischem Charme.

Chambre triple ou quadruple beaucoup trop petite !
Pour 3 adultes c’est pas possible ! être sous les toits avec pour deux petits lits la tête dans la poutre … collé au plafond… pas d’espace… horrible !
La tête dans le plafond aucun confort pour moi qui était dans cette minuscule mezzanine. Il faut le préciser et surtout vendre cette chambre pour 2 adultes et deux enfants et non pour 3 ou 4 adultes.
De plus pour la cabine de douche, la porte ferme mal et la robinetterie ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Chaud puis froid puis bouillant, il faut changer le mitigeur. Dans la salle de bain le sèche cheveux à l’ancienne c’est pas possible pour nous non plus, heureusement, il a été possible de récupérer un vrai sèche cheveux à l’accueil.
