No es que no me guste, pero hay que indicar que depende de qué habitación te toque tienes varios tramos de escaleras

Good rest before hiking
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful and spoke English better than most French people. The breakfast was good with variety of coffee too.

Cons:

The bus station is rather far away for a first time hiker.

Pros:

L’emplacement est ideal

Cons:

Accueil tres médiocre. Personnel assis avec impression de déranger et peu aimable.
Prix completement hors du temps vu l’etat, les equipement (pas de clim / une bouilloire avec 2 mini stick / pas d’eau : pour une chambre confort)

Nice location, average stay
Pros:

Great location, nice touch to have a small pool and sauna on site.

Cons:

The room was very small as was bathroom and bed was in an alcove type space which meant it got very warm even with a freestanding fan. Room was tired (paintwork etc) could do with some tlc. As with most of Chamonix felt expensive price for what you actually got.

Pros:

Staff and location excellent cleanliness was good.

Cons:

Air Conditioning stopped working at 11pm as it was a red hot day the room was roasting so we had to open the window which was not ideal as we had a very noisy road throughout the night and early in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the amazing customer service!
Pros:

The staff and customer service! I accidentally left my very expensive progressive eye glasses in the room when we checked out. The staff contacted me before I even realized they were missing! The hotel held onto my glasses until I could return to retrieve them. I was very grateful that the hotel messaged me and kept them safe for me. Also, the location was amazing!

Cons:

The room was very warm. One fan was provided. An additional fan would have helped make the temperature in the room more comfortable for sleeping.
