Great location in central Chamonix
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Two sets of separate stairs to our room. One set up and then another set down. A bit noisy with the construction next door during the day

Right Place, Right Time
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed and treated well. The location is walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. The breakfast buffet was generous, and they had great gluten-free options! Many thanks for a fantastic experience.

Pros:

We loved Chamonix and the location of the hotel was good.

Cons:

It was really hot, no air conditioning and the window couldn't be opened as there was foliage round it and no mozzie nets. Maybe we were unlucky with room allocation, but there were flood lights and a bright green spot light from building works that shone around the ill fitting curtains in the bedroom, straight onto the bed which made it too bright to sleep.
The bathroom was so small you had to back into it to use the toilet and my 6ft tall husband didn't have room for his knees. The sliding, inside bathroom door was filthy, probably because the cleaner didn't have room to clean when it was shut.

Central location, close to everything (shops, local transport).
Pleasant and helpful staff.
It was very nice to have jacuzzi and sauna within the hotel.

Cons:

There might be a loading area towards the east side of the building, we were woken up by forklift loading before 5 am.
Breakfast was delicious, but not a great variety.
Doors of the corner shower did not close properly.
Bed was just about big enough.

Mycket bra läge i centrum nära turistbyrån. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Vårt rum var väldigt litet. Endast ett litet takfönster. Det finns ingen AC men en pelarfläkt fanns i alla fall.

Amazing location in the center of town. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.

Cons:

Our room was tiny, which made it difficult for the two of us to manage our luggage when we had to repack our suitcases.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in un palazzo storico in posizione centralissima e abbastanza vicino a un parcheggio pubblico dove lasciare l'auto visto che la struttura non ha un suo parcheggio. Ottima la colazione e bella la sala colazioni. Gentilissima la ragazza alla reception di origini italiane.

Cons:

La struttura è datata, le camere piccole e il bagno pessimo, davvero troppo piccolo. La camera era al piano primo non c'era l'ascensore e le scale di accesso erano strettissime. Assolutamente non vale il prezzo che abbiamo pagato.
