Pros:

Lugar pequeño pero comodo y limpio, un joven de recepcion muy amable hablaba español y me ayudo mucho con sus recomendaciones muy servicial, tambien me guardaron mis cosas despues del checkout muy recomendable el lugar

Convenient, pretty and helpful staff
Pros:

The rooms differ quite vastly. I stayed twice and the first time I had a room which was quite spacious with a lovely bathroom. The second time the room was much was tiny and had a tiny bathroom but a much better view.

Cons:

It would be MUCH BETTER if there was a lift. Transporting the luggage up and down a narrow staircase is a mission

Needed single beds and not accommodated prior. When done set up as per a winter night not when 30deg outside., narrow beds.

Very nice hotel, great location, lovely spa. Interiors is so nice. Rooms upstairs is very hot in summers days but thanks hid for a fan 🙌🏻😀
Especially very thanks for great staff, thank you for the compensation we got from you even though it wasn't your fault for 2 days non stop noisy outside 🙂

Lovely stat and beautiful Chamonix
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

They could provide Air conditioning in rooms perhaps. The weather was really hot and rooms were hot !

Location was great, in town and close to everything needed. Grocery store a few stores down from hotel.

Pros:

the bed was comfortable

Cons:

Room advertised A/C but it does not have ac and I arrived during a heat wave. Also lots of construction happening and a music fest was happening right outside my door so no sleep.
the room was unimpressive and old. Needs lots of updates

Lobby and balcony were nice

Cons:

Decoration is quite tired. Loud music from nearby bars until early morning. Too hot to sleep, fan provided was ineffective to keep cool. Beds are small. Bathroom very compact.

Belle situation géographique en centre ville
Pros:

Buffet du petit déjeuner avec de bons produits frais. Il ne manque rien. ¨Pains frais et variés, viennoiseries savoureuses. De bonnes confitures. C'etait très bien!

Pros:

The receptionist was nice and changed our room upon request, but it didn't save the stay.

Cons:

Thick dust, coffee stains, towels smelling of vinegar, and zero water pressure. The bathroom floor was so dirty a dropped towel turned black.
​The first room felt unsafe for two women due to a creepy mezzanine with a steep ladder, and it was suffocatingly hot. The second room was still dirty.
Paper-thin walls (you hear everything) plus loud noise from 6 AM due to a nearby construction site and warehouse. The breakfast area is so tiny you sit basically on top of strangers.
