Poor customer service.
Cons:

They did not provide water bottles only a fountain on the bottom floor, but with one broken elevator, that was annoying to always go up and down and took forever. And of course, there were no cups down there to fill either. Half the days I was there, housekeeping did not even bother coming despite having the clean room sign out. They then tried to prevent me from leaving in order to do a room check which has someone that has stayed in thousands of hotels around the world and needs to get to the airport is very annoying.

The male manager on duty was friendly, most of the other staff was dismissive or average of best.

Location, convenient store, and a Chinese restaurant 24/7

Cons:

Some facilities are not good, you have to check everything first before (safety box, TV), and tell reception if something is not working properly. Room cleaning is not daily. Hot shower is not hot enough for upper floor.

Pros:

Great cheap comfortable beds.

Cons:

The TV's are really outdated. You'll be stuck watching filipino tv programmes. They need to start investing in newer smart TV's. It's nice to chill out sometimes in the room relaxing, watch youtube or netflix and other modern applications, you can't with their very old outdted Tv's
Also another major issue. The aircon does not get very cold even on the lowest temp.Also outdated.
