WAIT TIME TO JUST TO CHECK IN

Cons:

I have waited for almost 1 hour just to check in. I've arrived at 4pm. The check in time is 2pm. The room should've already been available.

Pros:

Quite and very clean. Only suggestion may be u can put in each floor for water dispenser hot and cold.because there some guest they like to drink coffee when they wake up like me.

Pros:

The security guard there was doing a really good job. I liked him a lot.Her speaking style and demeanor are excellent.,Also, the reception staff were very friendly and their approach was superb.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.I go to the Philippines every seven months and I always stop by this hotel.It offers five-star comfort.
