La struttura è un po‘ datata. Le foto della colazione non rispecchiano la realtà. Il letto un po scomodo perché vecchio e non c’è la possibilità di vedere netflix

Amabilidad del personal, excepto en restaurante en el desayuno que una de las chicas ya nos había visto el día anterior y nos volvió a preguntar si estábamos hospedados de manera un poco despectiva, cuando ya nos habían preguntado la habitación

El desayuno fue variado y delicioso, sin embargo el espacio para desayunar muy pequeño, se sentia abarrotado en el momento, falto algo dulce para el final del desayuno.

It was okay but could’ve been better
Pros:

The included breakfast and room service was really good. The Hotel is close to a few shopping centers and hospitals where me and my family went to. And also close to the Vive Claro Concert. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They also have good taxi services that the hotel works with.

Cons:

The beds are rock hard and the pillows deflated when you put pressure on them and was also hard. A mistake on my part because i didn’t check but there’s no AC in the rooms it’s cold enough at night but you have to put shades down for the sunlight and street light and the shades blocks the wind and cold air. And because the window is open you can hear traffic at night.
