La atencion y la ubicación.
En general me gustó todo
Todo estaba perfecto, las camas cómodas, el desayuno perfecto había de todo y era tipo buffet y estaba cerca del aeropuerto, perfecto si tienes que coger un vuelo temprano o incluso si tu vuelo ha llegado tarde a Bogotá y quieres hacer allí la primera noche.
El punto de encuentro con el transfer del aeropuerto al hotel fue super sencillo, hay una zona en el aeropuerto para las recogidas de los hoteles y está señalizado, todos los transfer recogen en el mismo punto.
Los empleados del hotel eran todos muy agradables y tienen opción de pedir comida a la habitación las 24 horas del día y la carta es muy variada y a buen precio.

La ubicación estratégica, las habitaciones suficientes y la cama cómoda, el buffet de desayuno muy bueno, nada espectacular pero cumple muy bien con opciones.
No todo el personal es amable y algunos puede ser bastante toscos y poco colaborativos algo muy raro para Colombia, y en general muy poca disposición para apoyar al huésped en servicios complementarios, por ejemplo, necesitaba resguardo de maleta y se negaron a apoyarme “por políticas del hotel” algo que no me había sucedido nunca en ningún otro hotel aún en la misma cadena.
La ubicación y atención
No tenía ventilador
Ubicado a una cuadra de la avenida 26, también cercano a un centro comercial. Se puede hacer uso del baño turco sin reservar y de un jacuzzi reservando. El desayuno fue fantástico. muy buen parqueadero.
