Pros:

Wat een fijn hotel, super aardige mensen, zeer behulpzaam, alles op en top schoon, mooie kamers en hele mooie nieuwe badkamers met modern sanitair en een inloopdouche. Goed ontbijt met heerlijke koffie!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the great hospitality!

نظافة الفرش وموظفي خدمة الغرف (الفلبينيين) فقط

-بعيد جدا عن المول (تحتاج سيارة )
-الفندق قديم
-العزل سيئ
- الموقع سيئ جدا (اخذته لانه متوسط بين السنتر والاقرب للمطار) لكن ندمت .
- موظفي المطعم خاصة المرأة العجوز اخلاقهم ضيقة قاموا بالصراخ على امرأة امام الجميع لمجرد انها ارادت اخذ افطارها لغرفتها. وتوترت الاجواء وخاف الاطفال.
- موظف الاستقبال الذي يلبس نظارة لايتمتع بادنى مهارات التعامل مع العملاء (اجبرنا ندفع سعر غرفة ثالثة وعددنا ثلاث بالغين وثلاث اطفال اقل من18 ) بحجة عددنا ،، لا اعلم اين سنوزع اطفالنا وانفسنا على تلك الغرف
وقال انه غدا سيضع أسرة في غرفتين ونحن لانحتاجها وابلغناه اننا لانحتاج ورفض تسليمنا غرفتين واجبرنا على الغرفة الثالثة لمدة ليلة.
بعدها اتصل علينا وطلب ضريبة المدينة ونحن قادمون من رحلة 7 ساعات. الا يسعه الانتظار للغد مرهقون ومعنا طفل رضيع .
لايوجد غلاية ماء ولا قهوة ولا شاي فقط كوبين ورقية وعلبتين ماء بدون ملحقات وعندما طلبت غلاية قال انزلي وخذيها . اقامتنا 4 ليالي. وكانت من اسوأ ليالي اقامتنا
وكأنه فندق من نجمتين وليس 4
