Een heel mooi en gezellig hotel! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Buiten is er een prachtig terras waar je ’s avonds heerlijk kunt zitten, een glaasje wijn kunt drinken en gewoon kunt ontspannen. 🍷

Het ontbijt is ook fantastisch en er is een goede service. Ze vragen zelfs of je een cappuccino wilt en brengen die naar je toe. Echt top! Wij hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad en zijn zeer tevreden. Zeker een aanrader! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Мій досвід у Virginia Palace Hotel був дуже негативним і, на мою думку, не відповідав рівню 4-зіркового готелю.
Я заздалегідь листувалася з готелем щодо бронювання та трансферу з аеропорту, оскільки подорожувала з 4-річною внучкою. Після прильоту з’ясувалося, що не був організований ані трансфер, ані бронювання номера. У готелі пояснили, що не отримали мою форму авторизації кредитної картки, яка була надіслана листом 26 agosto 2026 22:32 (скрин пошти у додатку), але жоден менеджер не зв’язався зі мною, щоб уточнити ситуацію або попередити, що бронювання не підтверджене.
У результаті я була змушена самостійно терміново орендувати автомобіль за €550, а по прибуттю, коли з'ясувалося, що немає бронювання й номеру, бронювати номер через Booking.com. Звісно, якщо би я отримала інформацію, що бронювання номеру також відсутнє, я би звісно, обрала кращий і більш відповідальний готель. З причин описаних вище я заселилася близько 19:00 замість 15:00 і пропустила важливу ділову зустріч о 17:30, заради якої фактично й приїхала до Мілана.
У номері не було великого рушника, простирадло було брудним, настільна лампа постійно блимала, а торшер був брудним і не працював. Проблему з освітленням того ж дня не усунули.
Сніданок був дуже скромним як для 4 зірок, хоча хочу окремо відзначити доброзичливого й уважного офіціанта.
Після проживання я звернулася щодо повернення коштів/компенсації, але мій запит проігнорували.
У мене залишилося враження повної відсутності клієнтоорієнтованості, відповідальності та належної координації між менеджерами. Про емпатію до старшої жінки із внучкою 4-х років я не буду коментувати, вона відсутня. Вдруге цей готель я не оберу.

Cons:

І саме це найкраще характеризує мій досвід: проблема не в одній несправній лампі, рушнику чи помилці з трансфером. Проблема — у ставленні до гостя.
Після цього проживання в мене залишилося враження або надзвичайної економії на елементарному сервісі, або повної байдужості керівництва до того, що відбувається з гостями. Я не можу інакше пояснити ситуацію, коли готель не контролює бронювання та трансфер, не перевіряє номер перед заселенням, не усуває несправності своєчасно, пропонує дуже скромний для 4 зірок сніданок, а потім ігнорує звернення щодо компенсації.

Impecable y vuelvo a resaltar la atencion y calidad humana.
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy bien, que me avise el dueño que estan por cerrar el desayuno por la hora, no tiene precio. El hotel es de buena calidad, limpio y agradable. La atencion y calidez humana son excelentes.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no me gusto. Quizas agregar un gimnasio podria ser bueno.

Ottima struttura, consigliatissima!
Pros:

Pulizia, parcheggio interrato gratuito, colazione buona, accoglienza alla reception eccellente. Una nota di merito va al ragazzo della reception che è veramente gentilissimo ed efficientissimo, è bello essere accolti con quel calore e gentilezza ed efficienza.

Szeretünk ide visszajárni.
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon finom, széles a választék a tojásrántottától a hideg felvágottakig , valamint gyümölcs, zöldség és különféle briósok , édes süteményekig. Finom kávé. Mi kimondottan szeretjük itt a reggelit. A személyzet nagyon kedves.
