Excellent and comfortable hotel!
Pros:

Place was spotless and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and professional. Went beyond what I was expecting. Rooms were very clean and comfy. And to top it all off, the breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

Wifi was abit of a pain to log in and on the day which I was supposed to check out, I immediately had no more access, which was very frustrating as check out time was 12PM, but it was only 6,30AM!

Pros:

Our 2nd stay in 6 months and there are marked improvements at the property!
Reception in arrival was as warm as the last time, with personalised care from the staff. Touching!

The lobby. Lounge and the dining space seemed cleaner, brighter and energetic.

The room was smaller this time ( by choice ), but very neat and Cozy.
Linens were top notch and the bed / sofa were comfortable.

Every light, gadget & faucet worked as desired.
Bath was spotless and smelled fresh.

Housekeeping, Dining Staff were amazing as usual and went out of their way to make us and our Pet's stay comfortable.

Last time we had some issues with In-Room dining. But this time around, the food quality and service exceeded expectations!

Overall more reason for us to stay at the Crown again and again.

For us, this embodies the spirit of Taj hotels and the caring associated with the TATA name.

Highly recommended 👌

Pros:

Really lovely stay. Staff very caring and helpful. Special mention to Animesh who often went out of his way to be helpful.

Cons:

Having spa facilifies on site would be the icing on the cake.
