Pros:

Je suis satisfaite de tout . Et à l accueil le personnel ai a l écoute et super sympa je recommande l établissements.. j etai parti en juillet 2024 en famille et cette année avec une ami car j ai toujours voulu revenir car la première fois sa m avais plu

Isolation sonore inexistante au coin d'une rue extrèmement bruyante donc nuit blanche.
Pros:

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, espace expérieurs restreints mais bien pensés, personnel attentionné.

Cons:

Fenêtre et porte de balcon qui ne ferment mal et n'isolent absolument du bruit incessant du boulevard au coin de la rue, bruit infernal toute la nuit.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel, l’emplacement et la propreté. Une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire.

Cons:

Juste 2 détails pour ma part à améliorer :

- TV ( une seule chaîne dispo, je pensais au moins avoir les chaînes nationales marocaine). J’en ai avisé l’hôtel qui devait envoyer un technicien qui n’est jamais venu.
- quelques fruits de saison pour le petit déjeuner 🙂

L'emplacement près de l'aéroport

Cons:

Bouilloire non fonctionnelle
Piscine vraiment pas top
Deux services refusés (faire du change, passer un coup de fil)
Départ a 7h donc pas de petit dej ni même un en-cas alors que compris dans la réservation...

Belle découverte
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé dans le quartier de l'hivernage, proche du Menara Mall. (Juste à côté de la banque el magrib)
Personnel de l'accueil aimable et à l'écoute c'est rare surtout envers les MRE.
Hôtel très propre et calme.
Appartement très grand avec tout le confort ( kitchenette, vaisselle, nécessaire de toilette, fer et table a repasser...)petit balcon dans certains appartements.
Petit déjeuner copieux qui peut être servi en chambre à l'heure souhaitée.
Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour. belle découverte.

Cons:

Le ménage est fait un peu tard dans la journée (16h pour nous).
Besoin de rénovation dans la salle de bain mais ça reste correcte.
Piscine non chauffée et un peu petite pour les enfants

Séjour parfait
Pros:

Tout était très bien,
L’appartement pour 5 était bien.
Le personnel au petit soin,
Les extérieurs très agréables.
La localisation parfaite, quartier calme proche de toutes commodités.
J’ai oublié ma montre connectée la bas et ils vont me la faire parvenir par colis.

Cons:

Un lit supplément aurait été agréable (que 4 lits, nous étions 5, même si mon fils ne s’est pas plaint de dormir dans le canapé.
