We will be back next year with different friends,enjoyed the hotel and San Seb so much
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent as was the location.We last came about 5 years ago and hotel definitely smarter and upgraded.Enjoyed the room with sea view .Fantastic concierge??(Layda)has worked in the States and Guildford,booked us fantastic restaurants and was so charming,helpful and friendly!!!A great asset to the hotel,thank you.

Pros:

Гарний історичний отель, зовсім на Набержній. Дуже автентично. Підземний паркінг .

Cons:

Незрозумілий інцидент, коли гроші зняв і Boockng.com і потім заплатили в отелі. Але тут питання до Booking. com.

It was beautifully appointed, the rooms were spacious. Location was central and right opposite the beach. Great restaurant and bar

I would love to stay at this hotel again!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Great view, comfortable beds and wonderful bathroom. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The bar and restaurant both had excellent food and drinks.

Cons:

The room was a bit tight for 2 people walking at the end of the bed and the air conditioning wasn’t able to cool the room to our liking.

Our stay was exceptional!!
Pros:

Perfect location! Beautiful hotel and attentive, friendly staff.

Cons:

The only difficulty was the parking garage. Just get clear directions about how it works if you have never been before. There are multiple floors and elevators so it was confusing.

Pros:

Amazing hotel situated just above La Concha beach and in the very centre of San Sebastian. We like hotel's interior and sea view from the room. Didn't take breakfast but had lunch few times in the hotel's bistrot, it was great. Very helpful staff. Rooms were very clean.

a bit expensive, but worth it

Great Hotel..........but dont take the car!
Pros:

Lovely hotel on the seafront and La concha beach. Would not fault anything in the hotel itself ,the staff, the rooms too. The bistro restaurant is excellent with a good choice.
I do have one fault , and that is the parking system which I have to say is not fit for purpose.
QR codes that dont work , pass keys that dont work. It took us one and a half hours to leave the car park and four visits back to the hotel to actually manage to leave.
The car parking staff were not helpful. The hotel managers became involved and we eventually got away .
Until something better is sorted out my advice is dont take your car . This put a sour note on what was otherwise a nice week.
