Beautiful hotel in San Sebastián
Pros:

Amazing location, room looking straight out to the sea.
Staff exceptional.
Room very well equipped.

Cons:

The restaurant was decent enough but didn’t match the quality of the hotel. There are better options nearby.
Saying that - it’s nitpicking though as the restaurant was of a decent standard.

Historisches Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll restauriert. Tolle Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen!
Wir kamen mit dem Auto. Es war sehr einfach, für 29 Euro am Tag einen Platz im reservierten Teil der Tiefgarage zu bekommen.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Espresso-Maschine im Zimmer, nur löslichen Kaffee, der schrecklich schmeckt. Auch keine Flasche Wasser etc. Bei dem Preis hätte ich das erwartet.

Quiet luxury and comfort with amazing views
Pros:

This is the most amazing location in one of the prettiest towns on the North of Spain. This is an absolute beautiful classic, this is where you can feel like a royal family, this is where you feel quiet luxury but also comfort. The location is what you can only dream of, straiht by the la Concha beach, with easy access to all the attractions. Room was spacy with twin beds, super big and comfy. Big and great bathroom, easy for the friends to use, liked the feauters in the toilet ;-)

Cons:

We used breakfast service once, super expensive which may be compensated by the view, but unfortunately my egg benedict was cold, served on the spoiled hollandaise sauce. There is a water service by the reception, but a bottle of water in a room would be a nice touch.

A first visit to a wonderful city made all the more pleasurable by our stay at Hotel de Londres. We hope to return !
Pros:

A very well situated hotel well organised with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable well appointed rooms and as a cool haven in this recent heatwave…

Cons:

Very little except the lack of comfortable outside seating but aware that outside space is of course limited. The provision of folding chairs that could be taken on to the beach might solve this and as an older couple would have been appreciated.

Lots of compliments and zero complaints
Pros:

The location, service from staff, value for money, fantastic breakfast and the concierge were 11/10. This is not a luxury 4 star hotel but far exceeds the best 5 star hotel in San Sebastián in all ways. It is not a big chain of hotels but a family run one and you can tell the difference- the staff care ! and that’s why we had a great 4 days. I have run major hotel chains in the UK and I expect a lot but this Hotel and its Team far exceeded my expectations. You must stay here if you want to enjoy San Sebastián.

The Hotel excelled. Don’t change anything !
