Wow this beautiful hotel really blew me away! Old Worlde style but with modern touches. Excellent location right on La Concha. I loved having my morning coffee in the restaurant overlooking the beach and watching everyone pass by. Service was impeccable. Thank you Daniel for making my morning coffee's all the more interesting with your friendly chats. We were in the Junior Suite with Sea View which was really lovely, lots of space and incredible views. The reception staff were professional and helpful. The concierge recommended an amazing Italian restaurant for our last night in San Sebastian. I will highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay here again.
Loved everything!
Location
Breakfast was extortionate
Great location, lovely breakfast and overall clean hotel.
Poor air conditioning in the room made it hard to sleep. The staff seemed generally disinterested and disengaged across all of the hotel. The shower had no proper screen in the bath and as a result water went all over the floor.
Great location with view of the bay
Exceptional elegant hotel on the beach. Easy walk to restaurant and bars in the heart of San Sebastián. Towels and umbrellas available for use on the beach. Public parking was very close as well.
I’m sorry to say that I’ve never been so happy to return home after spending 6 nights here. The weather has been truly appalling which I know isn’t the hotels fault but it helped me realise just how little this hotel has to offer! The location is very nice, the staff are lovely but I have nothing else to say in the positive. No facilities other than a nice bar and restaurant. We hoped to use the spa for relaxation but when we were told we had to use a public facility 200 metres away we were so disappointed. We tried to look around the Perla spa but were told we would be charged to enter. A 10% discount to hotel guests was offered but this didn’t really work for us. So we have done lots of walking, mainly in the wind and rain and thank goodness for Zara our shopping trips there have been the highlight of our trip 😞
