Good location if you can tolerate other issues
Pros:

Location, friendly staff on the reception

Cons:

Not feeling clean, the room was in smoke of cigarettes from previous guests and the smell kept the whole stay. Only one towel per person. Not very clean carpet.

I have ashort trip for one day, I didn't have a pre booking, I found the booking in the same day of arrival with a good price, Excellent location, very closed to metro and bus stations, 2 minutes walk to taksim square, helpful staff, very clean, very good restaurant, perfect view to taksim square through the restaurant, good value for money

Excellent stay with a welcoming staff, a great location, and high-quality services.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay during my trip. The reception staff, especially Shahin, Umu, and Mansour, were extremely kind and professional both as employees and as people. They were always helpful, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Mansour was especially very helpful whenever we needed assistance.

The breakfast was diverse and culturally rich, including a traditional Turkish breakfast, which I really enjoyed. The hotel is also in a very convenient location near Taksim Square, with many restaurants, pharmacies, and public transport nearby. In addition, the hotel offers a beautiful view of a mosque, which made it easy and peaceful to pray during my stay.

The rooms were cleaned every day after we went out, and the housekeeping service was excellent.

Excellent Staff probably the best I have come across to be helpful
Pros:

Location was excellent close to metro bars & restaurants. We were given an upgrade on arrival & the Staff were excellent & they really put themselves out to be very helpful. Totally recommend this hotel

Bed was clean and comfortable
Location was great though, perfect location to get anywhere in taksim within a couple of minutes.

Cons:

Lighting in bedroom was poor and some wasn't working.
