the location, very central
During all my stay, construction works - not known in advance- very close and outside my room, started at 8 every morning, disturbing my sleep and my privacy. I was checking whether another room was available but without success.
Perfect location. Good facilities.
No reception. Everything is online, so no luggage service for 24 hours.
Location, cleanliness
- Ventilation/air conditioning DOES NOT WORK. The room was too warm. On top of it, no fresh air could come from the window, as the room was at the back and faced the interior enclosure. Moreover, the exposed bathtub is in the room itself, so vapour and humidity from the showers stay in the room. There was also a bad smell from the drains that added to the stuffy air.
- It is called 'Hotel', however there is no reception and it is managed remotely, more like an airbnb.
- I called the manager to ask to change room, and he said he would call me back to let me know if it would be possible after checking. After more than an hour passed, I had to call again to find out that a change would not be possible.

No me gustó la habitación, con ventana a un patio interior, no pudimos abrir la ventana en 3 días para ventilar, y para poder usar la cortina , tenía que pisar la bañera, estuvimos un día entero sin papel de wC, y no había persona física en el hotel.
Ótima experiência no Saint-Géry! O check-in e check-out foram super fáceis e práticos, com senha diretamente na porta, sem burocracia. O quarto era moderno, a cama muito confortável e a localização excelente, perto de tudo e fácil para conhecer Bruxelas a pé. Ótima opção para uma estadia na cidade!

la entrada principal al hotel se hace a través de las sillas de le la terraza de su propio bar y un ventilador en el suelo, sin espacio ni para pasar las maletas. muy viejo, moqueta con sensación de suciedad, ascensor estropeado, tuvimos que cargar con las maletas por las escaleras sin ayuda de nadie. Las personas de recepción desagradables y pasando completamente de todo.La habitación si estaba limpia y bien
Location was great very central and it was clean.
The air conditioning wasn’t working and despite saying it would be fixed it wasn’t. Plus the safe wasn’t working it had an Out of order sign on it and the hairdryer broke. Very disappointing and minimal compensation received which was a shame, as wasn’t looking for a lot to have put right what was wrong.

Proper en goed gelegen
Geen personeel aan aanwezig, ik vond s ochtends geen weg naar ontbijtzaal alles was gesloten. Ik was niet bewust dat dit een hotel zonder personeel was. Bij vorige verblijven was dit (nog) niet het geval. Ben nog aan het kijken hoe ik een factuur kan krijgen
La proximité de la Grand Place. Même si l endroit est très fréquenté et très bruyant le soir, de notre chambre nous n entendions rien.
Pas de personnel à la réception, on ne communique que par message, par contre ils sont réactifs.
Ce qui a manqué dans la chambre, c est la lumière, il faisait très sombre même les lumières allumées.

From the room I got you could hear everything on the street, all day all night, I really don’t mind the noise but that was way too much noise until 5-6 am everyday. And it was not even weekend.
