Wir waren bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel und kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Die Lage ist ideal, um Ausflüge nach Basel in die Schweiz oder ins nahegelegene Frankreich zu unternehmen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück sowie das ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal.

Für uns ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen in die Region oder als Zwischenstopp auf der Weiterreise. Wir fühlen uns hier immer wohl und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Besonders angenehm ist auch die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel, die die An- und Weiterreise sehr komfortabel macht. Für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen in die Region. Pros:

We arrived in the middle of the night after a long drive and were tired. We got our room at 1:30 and when we entered the room only one bed was made. But we were so tired that my husband slept on the second bed without sheets etc. Not very professional service.

Cons:

I just explained above. Also we had never been in this hotel and it was hard to find the hotel entrance after you have parked your car. Some explanation up front on how to get to the hotel entrance would be beneficial.

We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Good location and really friendly / helpful staff! Delicious breakfast too!

Pros:

Prima Lage, für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Italien, spontanes Shopping war möglich, Frühstück war solide das Personal freundlich. Das Familienzimmer war groß und wir hatten bequeme Betten mit Blick auf den Rhein und die Dreiländerbrücke.

Cons:

Das Hotel kann nicht direkt etwas dafür, aber eine Anreise am Samstagnachmittag war aufgrund der Parksituation im Parkhaus und der vielen Menschen, die die Einkaufsgelegenheiten im Einkaufscenter genutzt haben extrem stressig. Ich kann mir denken, dass es zu anderen Zeiten überhaupt gar kein Problem ist, aber zu Stoßzeiten war es eine unangenehme Erfahrung
