All staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself looked like new and was perfectly clean (#31), we had a good breakfast over at the OMV gas station which is where their breakfast area was, and I even got decaf coffee and hot chocolate.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I booked and paid for an apartment but the fridge didn't get cold, the stove top didn't work, there were no kitchen utensils... I spoke to the boss who was very friendly and explained that they were in the process of getting rid of the small kitchens. Thank goodness we ended up not needed the kitchen, and the friendly staff said that we could use their fridge to keep things cold if necessary, so it all worked out in the end. I would have a suggestion for the breakfast buffet - the cereal selection was very catered to kids with only corn flakes and other sugary cereals. It would have been nice to have some plain oats or a muesli in addition (or instead of) the sugary cereals.
