Great location, very clean and comfortable room.
My husband had requested transportation to the hotel and provided the flight number and arrival time. My flight was delayed, but the hotel was not updated about this, and no one was waiting for me when I arrived.
I expect that if I'm asked to provide a flight number, your staff will monitor it and stay updated on any delays.

The fruits served at breakfast needed more time to ripe properly
Great place for a stopover. Very accommodating personnel, the food was great (we ordered room service). We stopped twice and really enjoyed our stay.

Very helpful staff and great nice clean rooms
Convenient location opposite Baku airport. Quality classy hotel, clean and comfortable with various amenities to help pass the time for those waiting for a flight. I mostly enjoyed the free room upgrade and a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Would definitely stay here again if have a layover in Baku.

Hotel looked nice, rooms were spacious, well equipped, and staff was very helpful. They accommodated me on short notice... they waived early check in charges... and upgraded me to junior suite seeing that I was with wife and child. I was very satisfied.
