Hotel hezký, ale zůstala pachuť.
Pros:

Jediné, co na tomto hotelu shledávám hezké, je bazén. Ten je čistý, velký a zázemí bazénu bylo naprosto fajn. Tím celá sranda končí.....

Cons:

Zaplatil jsem pobyt, kdy bylo na bookingu psáno, že je částka vč. poplatků a daní. Po příjezdu se roztáčí kolotoč plateb. Platí se za vše. Od parkovného, přes veškeré sportovní zázemí a vybavení. Děti mohou do bazénu 10:00 - 19:00, do fitness nesmí vůbec. Toto se taky nikde předem nedozvíte. Kdybych toto věděl, tak jsem se s dětmi tomuto hotelu vyhnul. Objednán pokoj pro 2 dospělé a 2 děti. Na pokoji byla pouze jedna židle a dvě skleničky? Zbytek osazenstva bude sedět na zemi a sklenky si mají jako půjčovat? Cože? Úplná třešnička na dortu byla, že jsme k večeři k hranolkám dostali majonézu v bakelitu - takové ty jednoporcovky od Hellmans. To jako kuchař ve 4* neumí domácí majonézu? Jděte do háje! BTW 4* ani náhodou. 3* a kousíček té čtvrté za bazén.... Kdybych byl o platbách a omezeních dopředu informován, neřeknu ani půl slova a počítám s tím, ale takto je to z mého pohledu klamání spotřebitele. Za stejnou částku, nebo o malinko vyšší máte hezčí a vybavenější hotely přímo v Praze, které jsou opravdovou 4*, nebo 5*. Je to spíše hotel pro firemní akce, ale ne pro rodiny s dětmi.

Pěkný udržovaný hotel. Na pokojích příjemné prostředí, postele pohodlné. Velice vstřícný personál na recepci. Restaurace dražší, ale jídlo velice chutné. Wellness v ceně ubytování je příjemné zpestření pobytu. Snídaně naprosto perfektní a chutné.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber.
Schöner Pool, die Kinder hatten viel Spaß.
Frühstück war Top, ausreichend Auswahl.
Zimmer und Lage waren sehr ruhig, genau so wie wir uns vorgestellt hatten.
Tiefgarage groß und gut zum Parken mit Kindern.
