Outstanding a 10
Pros:

Walking distance to the Strand. Was able to check in early. Had a balcony with views of the ocean one block away. Great location for the price. Parking is included which is a luxury. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I love it 🥰

Cons:

I found nothing to dislike, they thought of everything from toothbrush to razor…. Omg who does that!!!!

The hotel is a good value if you are looking for a no frills place to stay. Location is excellent.
Pros:

Great location with a free parking garage!

Cons:

Requested an early check-in but the hotel charges extra for that which was disappointing.

A two day stay to plan business goals and get some R&R.
Pros:

Great place for the price. Lower than most beachfront hotels. Not a fancy place but very clean. Free onsite parking. If you will be enjoying the beach, restaurants and shops more than staying in a room, this is definitely a great place.
I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed.

Cons:

I don't have any dislikes about the property.

Perfect week on the beach at the Grandview
Pros:

If you want to pay mid-low level prices for a place ON THE BEACH, this is an amazing deal. I stayed for a week by myself and loved the fact that I could wake up and run on the beach every morning. It is located just blocks from famous venues (the Lighthouse) and many good restaurants and bars. It's equidistant from the Redondo pier and Manhattan pier if you like to take walks on the beach. I didn't stay in an ocean view room, but I did see one across the hall and it was a spectacular view. I also liked that they offered tiny amenities to make the stay easy: beach towels, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, microwave, bottled water. Also, the free parking is an amazing perk. For a solo traveler on a budget, this is a great find.
